Unlike a commercial or open gym, you will take part in programmed sessions and receive tailored instruction (while in group sessions), encouragement to push yourself, help with correct technique and adaptation to your individual capabilities. We strive to help members achieve their goals, whether that is improving speed and agility for football, building muscle and technique for weightlifting or endurance and mindset for marathons, we can help. We also assist with fat-loss, toning and mobility and provide something for everyone. We pride ourselves on being accessible to all, but with a firm belief in hard work and dedication. At Personal Training Poole, our community of members exercise and motivate each other.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to tims for a few years now. What i can say is Tim is probably the best gym coach in the BCP area. His dedication to fitness and to the community at Tim's gym is the reason I keep coming. When you dont have the energy to commit to fitness, Tim has enough for everyone who walks through the door. His programming is amazing and you can see from the reviews I'm not the only one who thinks so. He has programming for all levels of fitness, at Tim's there are young people with six packs, to old people with disabilities, or people who need a little extra help. Tim welcomes all people and I hope to see more people go there soon.

Fantastic experience: Tim's knowledge and creativity is world class. I was struggling to make significant progress with my training until I joined his gym. He showed me ways to overcome plateous, taught me how to correct my forms and within a week, all my lifts started improving again. His classes are super fun, and his team is awesome

Fantastic experience: The best gym around! I’ve been a member for many years now, and I have tried loads of others over the years. This is the only place where I have had such consistent results. Not only in terms of weight loss initially but my strength, cardiovascular fitness and confidence as well. Tim is a great coach, he has a no nonsense evidence based approach to his training approach and he really knows his stuff. He knows how to get the best out of people. The members are great, welcoming and encouraging and inspiring. There are no cliques, and everybody is welcome. If you want results, fun and huge health benefits for all abilities and ages then I can highly recommend joining.

Fantastic experience: Just use these guys! It's as simple as that. I have been training with Time and his team now for a matter of weeks and the results I can see and feel in myself are absolute astonishing. I have been a member of probably every gym in the area, and nothing comes close. The incredible atmosphere filled with lovely people is just an added bonus. I will certainly be extending my membership, and look forward to the future ahead. Tim is an ambassador of his profession and someone you can rely on to really get results. Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming to the gym for a year now and in that time I’ve entered two CrossFit competitions with Tim’s support and guidance. Tim is a straight talking no frills coach, but he’s supportive with clear instruction. The programming is excellent and it really pushes you, but Tim does scale it to your individual ability - there are various attendees at different levels and abilities still getting a top notch work out within every session! The age range is vast from teenagers to seniors, further demonstrating a natural ability in keeping everyone engaged! Not only that I’ve met some brilliant people within the gym, and every one of them is supportive in reaching your goals!

Fantastic experience: Best thing I did was go to this gym! Amazing results and it became an enjoyable non negotiable part of my day. Tim's programming is amazing - very structured, to get results and prevent injuries, and can be adapted to your level or whatever your training towards (Tim helped me unlock some cross fit movements specifically for a competition) He also takes every class himself and holds you accountable - whether that's reminding you to pick up the bigger weight, checking in when you haven't turned up or making you face the scales... It's a no frills vibe but training is taking seriously and everyone is welcome regardless of age, ability or whatever else you think is holding you back. Really good sense of community as everyone turns up to a regular slot and you get to know people, and people have helped me out no end. I'm not even in the country and I'm still following some training that Tim wrote for me!! And the results .... Lost around 20kg in a year, 2 cross fit competitions, all of my other sports improved from my general fitness being through the roof, some awesome mates and bags of confidence. If you're prepared to put the work in, this is the place.

Fantastic experience: Tim has helped me lose weight, get stronger, become fitter and healthier. I am more motivated at Tim Gym than anywhere Inhave tried before, everyone is great, supportive and egos are checked at the door. I have suffered frim Chronic pain in my ankle and back for years, sure I get flare ups but doing Tim's work outs has helped a lot. He tells you all you have to do is turn up, we'll thats not 100% true, cause he makes you work out too. Join it will make a difference.

Fantastic experience: Great gym for people wanting results. Good community of people. Tim knows each and every one of his clients and their capabilities meaning you get the best out of every session. 100% recommended. Update: 4 years later and I’m still here! A small hiatus last year following a difficult few months meant a bit of weight gain and some strength and fitness losses. Back in the routine now and already feeling it all coming back. Still a little way to get back to where I was last year at 46 being the fittest and strongest I’ve ever been. Taking part in some competitions and not ranking too badly at all for my age group is a testament to Tim’s programming and coaching. A great group of people of all ages and fitness/strength levels. This is not a corporate, marketing machine, yes Tim needs to make a living but pushing you to reach your potential is what makes this place unique, if you want to get fit and strong you WILL achieve that here providing you simply turn up and do your best. Tim offers a week free trial to all new clients, so if you’re wondering whether or not this is for you then just give it a go. What have you got to lose? Nothing, only GAINZZZZZZ!

Fantastic experience: Great gym, friendly people, good sense of community, no bulls**t just hard work. When I started I couldnt run 400m and was constantly out of breathe, thanks to Tim's training and diet regime I feel fitter and healthier then I ever have before. Give it the trial week and stick with it you will not regret it.

Fantastic experience: Tim ia a good trainer who will squeeze you out from your last sweats . If you think about joining Tim PT, get ready for hard work and a constant challenge. Thanks to Tim, I am amazed what my body is capable of. And I am able to spot my weaknesses. My biggest challenge was to keep the diet and regularity in exercising in the long run. Tim is helping me to stay consistent with diet and exercise. In order to achieve a goal you need to be determined and disciplined otherwise you will come back to your old, bad habits. But if you will listen to Tim you will learn it and you will become a new happy person. It would be lovely to welcome new faces who willing to take a challenge. So don't hesitate and join Tim PT, you will not regret it :)

Fantastic experience: I would definitely recommend Tim as a trainer! I've been training with him for 18 months and seen some amazing results! He will push you to your limit but it's worth it! Everyone at PTP is really friendly and everyone encourages each other. Great place to train, with a range of classes to suit everyone.

Fantastic experience: Tim and Lizzie are both very motivational and supportive, while providing a fun and enjoyable atmosphere. You get a great work out plus really helpful advice on dieting. Been going for over a year now and would recommend it to anyone looking to get fit.

Fantastic experience: Great place to get fit and get that body you Long for. Everyone that goes to all of the. Lasses are there for the same thing and everyone is so helpful. Tim and Lizzie make the classes fun which in turn makes you feel very comfortable and not worrying about anything.
