We are committed to providing high-quality training sessions and fitness programs for individuals with all levels of fitness. Our fully qualified trainer will tailor your training session to achieve faster and safer results. Whatever is your fitness goal, we will guide you throughout the complete process.

This is done within our Fitness Studio in the centre of Woking. It has a bright and friendly environment, where you feel relaxed but focused. Your fitness training session will be on a One-to-One basis, which means you can be entirely focused with complete privacy without any distraction. So, “When You Train, You Train.” You can also bring your own choice of music to play.

At PFS, you'll find a unique environment where you can train as an individual with a tailor-made routine written explicitly for you. Our Trainer will guide & mentor you through every aspect of your training.

At PFS, we pride ourselves on complete Client focus. We always work with you and support and encourage you through every stage of your training program.

We specialize in making our clients hale and hearty as athletes and thus have a concrete plan to improve and maintain their personal fitness goals.

As we say, “when you train, you train.” Our Fitness Studio is private and personal, with a calm environment that keeps you focused on your training. So, every minute you sweat, you get rewarded for it!

As we train one person at a time, this gives you your privacy, which you don't get in many gyms and fitness clubs which makes it like training at your home gym.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been training with Vikram for 9 months or so, and he has been amazing for both me and my boyfriend! As beginners, we were nervous, but he made us feel comfortable from the start. He always takes the time to explain every exercise and ensures we’re doing things correctly. His patience and guidance have helped us make great progress in our fitness journey. If you're looking for a supportive and knowledgeable trainer, I highly recommend him!!

Fantastic experience: Started training with Vikram when he very first opened his studio and got to enjoy exercise which was a miracle ☺️ I unfortunately had to stop as was diagnosed with cancer. I'm hoping to go back and get fit again at some point as he is an excellent patient instructor.

Fantastic experience: Vikram is so friendly and welcoming. I've been training with him for 5 months with my boyfriend and have noticed a massive improvement in our fitness and strength. He tailors training to your specific goals. For me personally I wanted to improve on my climbing. Since training I'm climbing higher grades i didn't think possible for me. Fantastic experience: I recently approached Personal Fitness studio to help me improve my strength, flexibility and general fitness. Vikram quickly identified my needs and developed exercise routines all designed to help me achieve my goal of improving my competitive swimming times. The experience has been fantastic. After 6 months I have noticed significant all round improvement in all areas particularly with my strength and flexibility and I am swimming faster and for longer than ever before. Vikram provides expert guidance in a friendly environment with varied routines and exercises each week to keep me motivated. Fantastic experience: I trained with Vikram for 10 weeks, to try to see if a different approach to training could improve my speed in kayaking. He quickly assessed the strong and weak points in my muscle strength and targeted the sessions specifically to this, addressing fast twitch muscle response and my poor hip flexors. Having recently broken both wrists, I was impressed at his ability to adjust the workout to accommodate limitations, whilst still being both safe and effective. This can only be achieved if one has an in depth knowledge of biomechanics. I only ended my sessions due to work commitments, but will definitely be back. The analytical perception he has sets him aside from the average.

Fantastic experience: I have trained with Vikram for nearly two years and it has been a very positive experience. He always comes up with innovative and effective exercises that are geared to my goals of boosting flexibility and all-round fitness. Vikram keeps my routines varied and interesting. It is great to be the only one in the studio and having the individual attention of an expert adviser is a great way to stay motivated. The gym itself is well equipped and Vikram himself is a great coach and fun to train with. I have no hesitation in recommending Personal Fitness Studio as a way to boost your fitness, either with specific goals in mind, or just because you want an efficient way to get fitter.

Fantastic experience: Last year my weight spiralled out of control and I decided to do something about it. I started running and doing spin classes but felt I needed to do some sort of weight / core exercises in addition to this. Instead of joining a gym, I decided to make use of a personal trainer twice a week. Vik’s sessions were great, as they were varied which kept things interesting and the intensity levels increased as my fitness increased. I really liked the fact that Vikram has his own studio, as I would have been self conscious doing some the exercises such as burpees, jumping jacks etc in a regular gym. If you are looking for a Personal Trainer in Woking, I can thoroughly recommend Personal Fitness Studio, as Vik is a great guy who will make training fun and get you results!
