Fantastic experience: Great friendly gym

Fantastic experience: Great gym, fantastic facilities, Jake and Chey deliver the sessions expertly and are always on hand to offer support and encouragement. The members are great and are very welcoming, so much so that it’s impossible to feel out of place there. There’s a real feel good atmosphere that’s very addictive which even though the training can be very tough, they’re so enjoyable that you can’t wait for the next session. I really don’t think you’ll find a better gym in Plymouth.

Fantastic experience: Amazing gym, I have coming for a few weeks now and as a naturally anxious person I really enjoy coming here. Chey and Jake have both helped me settle in really well and everyone who goes are all very friendly and happy to help with anything.

Fantastic experience: Honestly the best gym there is, the coaches, the community, the classes 11/10!!! I started with their 8 week transformation and I couldn’t have been happier with the results, it wasn’t just the results either, it was the more energy, the better understanding and overall more happiness! After my transformation I tried to go back to a normal gym but nothing compared, I couldn’t do it, I lost the motivation in an instant! I started with vision again and never turned back! Jake & Chey are incredible at what they do and couldn’t recommend them enough!

Fantastic experience: Been with this gym for 5 years now, started off with a 12 week program which i fully committed to and was a massive success, lost a stone and half in those 12 weeks and felt brilliant for it. Carried on with early morning sessions ever since and I still feel great, the PTs are very good at what they do and are always on hand to help or go that bit further when help or advice is needed. Great community in the gym and I've made some good friends along the way. Would highly recommend this gym to anyone. Top notch
