Fantastic experience: Matt and his fellow PT are so comforting. They make u feel relaxed in a gym environment. Such a personalized work out, really helping me get strong with my current disabilities. Seeing what i can do rather than focusing on what i cant.

Fantastic experience: I've been using Studio 121 for a number of years now and there isn't anywhere better to train. Rich and the team really are experts in their field and they continually assess and evaluate your progress and goals and adapt your training plans accordingly. I've taken on some tough challenges over the years, climbing to K2 and Everest Basecamps, completing the 250km MdS and various other endurance races and every time Rich has got my Strength & Conditioning absolutely spot on. He's also worked wonders on any recovery from various injuries, helping me get back out running much quicker than expected. A fantastic family run business right in the heart of Nantwich, run by experts - what more could you ask for!

Fantastic experience: Can’t recommend Rich at Studio 121 enough. As a 52 year old coming back to the gym after a break he’s had made it both fun and challenging and I look forward to each session as everyone is different.

Fantastic experience: I love my group PT sessions at Studio 121 - Rich varies the exercises every session, keeps us motivated and pushing ourselves throughout. I can honestly say that the hour flies by and I really enjoy exercising with the group of girls I train with.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been training with Richard (owner) since 2008! Words cannot begin to express how much Richard has helped me during this time. I’ve just done a Transform in Four challenge which has been tough but really good for both my mental and physical health! I just can’t recommend Studio 121 highly enough! Just go for it! There’s no better place!
