Mayhem Gym

Mayhem Gym is a premier fighting sports facility located in Hamilton, born from the visionary partnership between renowned Thai Boxing Coach Stevie Nisbet and Boxing Coach Stephen Forsyth. Recognizing the need for a space specifically engineered for combat athletes, the duo transformed a dedicated building into a specialized arena, investing heavily to create one of the region's most well-equipped training centers.

Our facility is designed to accommodate every aspect of striking and conditioning. The heart of the gym features a professional 12ft boxing ring and a comprehensive array of equipment, including 15 punch and kick bags distributed across two levels. Whether you are refining your Muay Thai clinch work or perfecting your boxing combos, you will have access to focus mitts, Thai pads, kick shields, and battle ropes. For strength and conditioning, we offer a full suite of free weights, including kettlebells, powerbags, medicine balls, and dumbbells, ensuring a holistic approach to fitness.

Beyond the training floor, Mayhem Gym provides a supportive environment with two dedicated changing rooms and a comfortable waiting area. Members and visitors can relax in the lounge, which is equipped with a TV and a coffee machine, making it a perfect spot to connect with fellow athletes before or after a session. Access is also provided to our affiliated networks, including Sit Ayuthaya Thai Boxing and Forsyth Boxing Club, expanding the community and training opportunities available to our members.

Visit Us: We are conveniently located at Unit 3 Murray Court, Hillhouse Industrial Estate, Hamilton, ML3 9SL. Join us to experience a gym built by fighters, for fighters.

Fantastic experience: Best gym this side of the hemisphere. Smells a bit funny though. Bags are nice and heavy, makes me feel like a wee wuss.
