Fantastic experience: I worked with Ciaran twice, firstly after the birth of my daughter in 2021 and again in april/Maytime 2025 after the birth of my son. He is extremely knowledgeable, very supportive, and regularly checks in and provides words of encouragement. I suffered with awful sickness/hyperemesis with both pregnancies,so it had been a long time since I done any exercises at all, or had time for me. But the recovery programme was very doable, and seeing and feeling the results, was a big incentive to keep going. also, I had an awful lot of back pain after both pregnancies,which I learned was diastasis recti separation.but after the recovery programme my pain was gone, both times. Also, i had a lot of scar pain following my second birth,and again, with ciarans help all of that has resolved. Not to mentiom the good it done my mental health. Both times i suffered with post partum depression, and i can honestly say that doing the programme helped so much. It was tough going to get the motivation, but even completing my programme daily gave me a great sense of achievement.I cannot recommend highly enough.I couldn’t have done it without him.

Fantastic experience: I worked with Ciaran after having my son in July 22. I completed the recovering mum program and then later the strength program. Ciaran is incredibly knowledge, supportive and made the program fit around having 2 children and took in account my births and the exercises needed to assist my recovery post birth. I would highly recommend Ciaran to any mum and wish I’d worked with Ciaran during my pregnancy!

He is extremely knowledgeable regarding both the pregnancy journey and recovery. I felt like I had a PT/midwife in my pocket to answer all my worries and concerns. Ciaran is very supportive and regularly checks in and provides words of encouragement. I had a lot of faith and trust in him. Every pregnant and recovering mum needs a Ciaran in their journey, I couldn’t have done it without him.

Fantastic experience: 18 months postpartum and a maternity leave through covid seen my weight slowly increase and my confidence plummet. Ciaran boosted my motivation, provided encouragement and accountability with targets to keep me pushing a little more each week. The programme felt natural and my results were better than I could have imagined.
