Fantastic experience: Fit20 was perfect for me! I really appreciated the precise guidance and totally customized workout - not too hard, not too easy. Fantastic experience: I was initially quite sceptical, but I have been going weekly to Fit20 at Moortown (Leeds) since November 2023 and I have seen results in my strength, flexibility and energy, and even in my diabetes control, even though I have Type 1 diabetes. I feel comfortable, not judged and well-supported every time I go.

Fantastic experience: Who knew you get so much out of 20 minutes?! I must admit I was sceptical but decided to give it 6 months. So glad that I did. I love Fit20 because I can feel my body getting stronger and I notice the difference in my day to day life. Vicky, my PT, is absolutely lovely - pushes me when I need it but never aggressive and so encouraging.

Fantastic experience: This place is a fantastic place to come train for all people at all levels of ability. From people just starting to advanced trainers. Very simple, safe, Science backed strength training. The trainers are excellent, the equipment top notch and the place is extremely clean and covid safe. Hands down the best gym and personal training experience I’ve ever used. My strength and fitness has come on massively since starting.

Fantastic experience: Fit20 is easy to fit in around my busy work schedule. I started my fitness journey with John a few weeks ago and due to his encouragement am already seeing marked progress and feeling stronger each week. It’s really convenient and it’s just you and your trainer working together not a room full of people.

Fantastic experience: Myself and my wife signed up for an initial 6 months of training at fit20 and we enjoy it so much we have signed up for another 6 months. Kieran and his team are expert personal trainers. We train with Vicky who not only is a credit to her profession, but she really understands the limits of the individual and how to comfortably push you to them. The results are felt after just a couple of sessions and it’s great to see the progress we’ve been making. As the sessions are only 20 minutes a week, you’d be forgiven for thinking that this was easy. It is not, but don’t let that put you off. The training is specifically geared towards making you stronger and fitter, with expert guidance, encouragement and support throughout the exercises. Using the latest technology and sports science developments, the sessions target all major muscle groups for a whole-body workout. While being very effective, it has minimal impact on spare time and saves spending hours going to the gym to achieve results.

Fantastic experience: I started going here in March 2022, I was initially very skeptical that 20 mins a week would effect much change - but I am pleased to say my skepticism was unfounded. I was overweight and unfit. I had previously done a lot of outdoor fitness, but was finding it harder due to some health issues and advancing years. I was also aware that I was more in need of strength work rather than cardio as I am now in my mid sixties. Fit 20 has proved ideal for this as my strength and toning have improved visibly and even my cardio has improved. I really appreciate the quality of training and detailed support offered by my trainer Vicky to get the very most out of every session. As an added bonus, by combining Fit 20 with a more healthy diet, I lost 14 kg since March and can now get back into some of my favourite jeans and shirts. I still can't quite believe how much fitter, healthier and happier I feel as a result of doing one 20 minute workout a week! Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: I love Fit20 because with Surinder’s support and encouragement I am now getting my life back on track. After suffering from Long Covid for the last 2 years I am now increasing my stamina, becoming much stronger and my mental health is in a much better place. I cannot recommend Fit20 enough. In just 4 months I can see my body shape changing (for the better), I am losing weight and becoming much healthier but best of all I am now back working 5 days a week as a teacher. Fantastic experience: I have attended weekly sessions with Surinder since May and really feel the difference! My long standing back pain is rare now, I enjoy the work out and know I’m developing strength. Fantastic experience: Absolutely legend! The team Nicole and Kieran are professionals, since day 1, there is a plan in place for you, your progress being monitored and you are regularly updated, the session is just 20 minutes, can fit in any schedule, and the effect of it is like magic!!! I joined during lockdown and since then it has been part of my weekly routine, managed my weight hugely beside my health and wellbeing, absolutely recommend

Fantastic experience: We have been doing fit20. since it started in the original Farsley location. We appreciate the individual guided training and find it useful to have recorded metrics of training sessions and monitor the progress we are making. Personal training is all about having confidence in the coaching and we can't fault the trainers which makes the sessions very enjoyable.
