Fantastic experience: I started this gym early this year in January 2025 and it was the best decision I took. Love the fact it is a small personal environment getting to know everyone and it feels like you’re having a one to one in small groups, which I love. Fantastic experience: I started back to the gym after 10 months off. I felt very comfortable going back. It’s a great women’s only gym & not over busy which is what I always hated about commercial gyms. Instructors are very knowledgeable & make sure that every movement you do is correct so no injuries. Different variety of classes, suitable for all ages & strength. I also made slot of friends which is a bonus.
