He was upbeat, positive and eager to help, after having a negative year Fran's positive attitude helped me have the confidence that I can achieve my goals. After an initial induction and chat I booked in my first training session although I was nervous I managed to achieve more than I ever thought. I've continued to make progress, even when I think I can't finish my set Fran gives me the confidence. I am truly grateful for the positive influence Fran has had on me.
