Fantastic experience: Did a few sessions with Sho before I moved to London. His drive, enthusiasm and knowledge of fitness and nutrition is truly outstanding! After moving to London I couldn't do face to face training with Sho anymore so, with his help, I continued my training through his tailored online personal training. Sho sent workouts straight to my phone, including videos of exercises which where tough and kept getting tougher! He kept tabs on my nutrition and a couple months later I'm in the best shape of my life. Top lad and a top trainer, cheers bud!
