Fantastic experience: Matt is an exceptional personal trainer who has significantly improved my strength and confidence. During our sessions, I focus entirely on myself, leaving work and home concerns behind. My body is visibly changing, and I feel much stronger, which motivates me to continue. I highly recommend Matt as a personal trainer. Thanks to his guidance at Fitness Worx, I've gained the confidence to use gym equipment independently. Matt has helped me overcome my initial trepidation, enabling me to maintain my fitness routine beyond our sessions.

Fantastic experience: Great Gym friendly staff even when it's busy it's never too full always plenty of equipment to choose from and you never feel too uncomfortable to ask someone for help or any advice, as there's always somebody who seems to know what they're doing

Positive experience: Nice cool gym. Very unique and small which I prefer. Is also way more quiet than other gyms and less younger people mucking about doing naff all.
