Fantastic experience: I have always been one to enjoy the gym but since coming to elite Plymouth, it has given me a whole different love for weightlifting. I feel at home, everyone welcoming and it’s now become my happy place. Brad makes me feel like anything is possible, he believes in everyone that walk through that door. He’s is a amazing guy. I travel all the way from exeter, that’s how good this place is! Couldn’t recommend anymore. BEST GYM EVER!

Fantastic experience: Love coming down to ESCP for a session. Worth the weekly trip down from the bay. Brad and his team are very knowledgeable and friendly in what they do. Which translates into the training that they provide to those that attend. Very reasonable priced to. 3 sessions for £20. It doesn't matter if a session lasts for 1 hour or 3. It will still be classed as 1 session. So very sustainable and for myself I'm seeing improvement in not only my fitness also confidence as-well. Plenty of equipment and machinery to get stuck into.
