Fantastic experience: Very professional gym, never been to the gym properly before as never knew where to start or get the help . I had my first session today on the opening of the gym and it was amazing, felt 100% confident and really got into it. The team make you feel so welcome and it really is a great place even if you aren’t looking to get into boxing Just general fitness .
