Fantastic experience: Great 24 hour access local gym. Perfect for those who need more flexibility in when they can train. Group and 121 services also available with Tommy (owner/PT) who has fantastic knowledge and experience and is really approachable and patient. Highly recommended

Fantastic experience: Great 24/7 Gym so you can fit a training session in anytime of the day. Plenty of equipment to help you reach your goals. Online coaching available, 1-1 and group PT sessions available also, (with Tommy) who is a highly knowledgeable and motivational coach, and always happy to help with any advice etc. Heroic has a truly great community spirit.

Fantastic experience: Heroic is a great gym facility! It has everything you need along with 24/7 access, I wouldn’t choose a big named gym after training here! The owner, Tommy is also a great pt who offer group Pt session with a small number, his knowledge and sessions he delivers are brilliant!

The facility has everything you need for a variety of different workouts including cardio machines. Tommy is brilliant, whether it’s 121 or group sessions he has just an amazing energy and encourages you to be the best you can be! Highly recommend Heroic Health & Fitness!
