Let us introduce ourselves, we are Amy (on the left) & Lauren (on the right) and together we created Self Love Coaching, a female only space and gym for really hitting your fitness goals!

Both Lauren and Amy have vast experience of personal training in mainstream gyms with women of all abilities, ages, shapes and sizes. Lauren also has pre and post-natal qualifications to help women before and after the birth of a child.

Whether you are training in our York gym with Amy or online with Lauren, our total body approach ensures that you meet your goals and have fun along the way.

Our meal plans and training programmes are designed specifically around you and your goals. Enjoy your favourite foods on your personalised meal plan and no matter what level you are, we ensure you stay motivated and see progress.

No matter what level and whether you need home or gym plans we will create your bespoke training plan focused on you and your goals. Frequent plan updates and options ensure you stay motivated and see progress.
