Fantastic experience: I honestly can’t recommend to enough people I love are sessions from the beginning sorting my daily steps to the food. Can’t wait to get back in 6 weeks
I love our sessions, you work so hard 3 times a week plus we have a lot of laughs! every session is a quality one. 6 weeks will fly by ❤️
Fantastic experience: Working with Claire has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. She has supported me through so many ups and downs—not just physically, but emotionally too. My weight loss story is no different to anybody else’s—I’ve struggled with overeating, binging and tried every diet out there. But Claire has been the one who truly helped me find a healthier, more balanced path. Yes, I’ve lost weight with her guidance, but what I’ve gained in confidence, strength, and self-belief has been even more valuable. Her communication is excellent, and she makes the whole process feel achievable and enjoyable. Working with her truly has been a dream, and I couldn’t recommend Claire more highly.

Fantastic experience: I've absolutely loved my online coaching with Clare.She is so knowledgeable in her profession with Diet and training. She helped me achieve my body goals and I'm so pleased with my results.What I loved was that she was always checking in with me giving me that push when it was needed and she was always at the end of the phone when I needed advice. I would highly recommend Claire online coaching has given me more focus with my training and accountability with my diet. Thanks Claire I'll definitely be back with you soon for more online coaching

Fantastic experience: I’ve been weight training for around 4 years now but I felt ready to take my training to the next level. I was debating a coach and met Claire while scrolling through Facebook book. Turns out she’s local to me so I got in touch. She’s been coaching me since January this year and it’s honestly the best thing I did. She doesn’t just train you she’s fully invested in you, and your goals and dreams become hers too. Her knowledge in the gym is second to none. My personal goals are around muscle and strength but she will tailor your training session to your own personal needs and goals. I would highly recommend Claire 100% if you need nutritional plans also Claire is your Gal Not only my coach now but a friend. Thank you you have the patience of a saint

Fantastic experience: Best PT!!! I’ve been with Claire almost 2 years now. I see her 3 times a week and Ive learnt so much from her. I’ve had lots of help with nutrition and health supplements too. I came to Claire after a bad injury and we have tailored my workouts to accommodate this. Id recommend Claire to anybody, she’s stuck with me now

Fantastic experience: Gyms can be intimidating and confusing places especially if you switch around to different gyms for travel. Working with Claire has equipped me with the skills I need to feel confident to workout on my own as well as her sessions. She's also changed my mindset in how I approach fitness

I would not have achieved the results I have on my own. I thoroughly recommend Claire as a PT. I really enjoy the sessions & am excited to see how far I can go with this. I am a 52 yr old woman who was struggling with menopausal weight gain in June, I am now & slim & athletic woman actually considering competing in my first bodybuilding competition….I cannot believe it, & it is all because of Claire. I followed what she told me to do with training & dieting, it wasn’t easy but it wasn’t impossible either……if you do what Claire tells you to do you will achieve impressive results

Fantastic experience: I first contacted Claire 8 months ago and booked the 2 month package of one to ones. Her knowledge on how to execute lifts/exercises is second to none and gave me great confidence in the gym. No more muscle strains through doing those exercises wrong. She also changed the way I eat which was nowhere near as drastic as I feared. It also made me realise it’s not just what you eat but when you eat as well. pre workout and post workout. I moved house and area and stayed with Claire through the online package. Knowing she is there at the touch of a button anytime is a great comfort and hasn’t stopped me from progressing in any way. I would certainly urge anyone to take that leap of faith and give it a go. Whether you are a beginner or experienced, there’s so much more to learn !

Fantastic experience: I have had different PT’s in the various places I have lived and none have come close to Claire in terms of the time and patience she has given. Always positive for the small changes yet pushing for more. Regularly checking my progress and keeping me on track.

Fantastic experience: Ive been working with Claire over the last few months. im so pleased with my progress.. she is extremely knowledgeable about fitness and nutrition and everything related to it..plus she delivers this in the most supportive, fun and friendly way..Personal trainers are not just for top end athletes, i believe most people can benefit from improving their fitness and nutrition. I cant imagine not having her in my life..if you have never tried a pt i can fully recommend Claire. x

Fantastic experience: Clare is a fantastic pt. She has really helped with my eating, tracking my calories and my diet. She is always there to support and advise me. Her training is brilliant I have learnt so much and my confidence has gained through this. I highly recommend anyone thinking about pt with Clare it is the best thing I have done and I will continue to work with her.

Fantastic experience: Claire is fab!! Finally a PT who ‘gets’ women (and especially older women - mid 50s - like me!). The sessions are enjoyable, practical, vey affordable, and designed to achieve your goals. Everything is tailored to you from bespoke work outs to food/dietary programs. All exercises/equipment are explained as to how they help build your strength and tone your body. It gets your brain working also I love it! Claire is down to earth, extremely knowledgable and a good laugh too! Put it this way… I’m not a morning person by any means but when it comes to getting up for my 7am session, I’m there, coffee fueled and raring to go! I’ve seen real progress in a short amount of time and really enjoy each session. It’s the best investment I’ve made in ages… do yourself a favour and book in with Claire @ Tiny & Strong’.

Fantastic experience: Claire is exactly what I needed. I need someone to push me & that’s what she does, without me not wanting to come back for more. I find Claire an inspiration, she’s been there & done it, & is very supportive of others achieving their goals too. If you want results, Claire will help you get there. I enjoy our sessions & feel confident that she will help me get to where I want to.
