Fantastic experience: Cannot recommend Marianna highly enough. I've been having PT sessions with her to help with my postpartum return to running and I've really enjoyed every single session. Marianna is very knowledgeable, patient and supportive - she knows how to tailor each session to your specific needs and any postpartum issues you may be experiencing. I look forward to my session each week and it's been a real highlight in my postpartum journey.

Fantastic experience: I found Marianna when I was around 3 months postpartum. It's great opportunity to be able to bring your baby with you to workout and also get to know other mums and everyone trying to do our best where you had a natural birth or c-section. 1 year later and I'm still going to the small groups now in the evening since I'm back to work and she is the best I've found. I'm so happy and I feel better with my body and stronger thanks to her PT!

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Mariana enough as a postpartum personal trainer! She has been a true game changer in my recovery journey. Mariana is incredibly knowledgeable about postpartum fitness and always tailors the workouts to my specific needs, making sure I feel supported and challenged without overdoing it. I’ve seen amazing progress in my strength, endurance, and confidence thanks to her guidance. Since having my little girl I have really enjoyed my weekly classes. It has not only helped me regain my strength and confidence postpartum, but I also found myself in an amazing community among mums. Mariana’s classes and social events have been such a great way to connect with other mums on the same journey, making it feel like a supportive, tight-knit group. Mariana's gym is incredibly welcoming for both mums and babies, with safe spaces for the little ones and plenty to keep them entertained while we work out. She even helps entertain my baby while I’m doing exercises, which makes the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable. Mariana's expertise, kindness, and thoughtful approach to postpartum fitness make her truly one of a kind. I can't recommend her enough!

Fantastic experience: Marianna is amazing and so welcoming. I’ve tried out all of her classes / PT over the last 18months and each one has been so good for allowing me time to work out and have a safe space for my baby too! If you’re in doubt give a class a try… You’ll be hooked! (And also be able to sneeze without having to cross your legs )

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Marianna as a postnatal PT enough. I did the small group PT sessions with her from 6 to 9 months after having my baby and I wish I had started sooner. The sessions are well planned, enjoyable and just the right level of challenging yet supportive. I noticed a big difference in my strength and core, not to mention the benefits to my mental health. Babies are completely welcome in the sessions with bouncers, toys, and cuddles from Marianna if you haven't quite finished a set and baby is fussing. Honestly, it's the best investment you can make in yourself in the postpartum period.

Fantastic experience: Marianna is a brilliant PT - I attended her MPowered Pilates class for post natal women. The classes were brilliant, I’ve left the term feeling stronger than ever and loved having a weekly space to bring my baby to whilst I worked out. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I just love these classes. It's such a gift to find a way to do structured exercise with a baby. Not only can I take him with me but the classes are just perfect for the post-partum period and beyond. Not too hard, not too easy, and great for targeting getting your strength back after pregnancy/labour. Marianna is so knowledgeable and helpful, and she creates a lovely friendly and safe environment. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: I joined Marianne last year in May 22 after my daughter started nursery when she turned 1. I was diagnosed as prediabetic 1 year prior to this and after being on a few diets I finally had to take the plunge and deal with losing weight and change my diet completely. I met with Marianne before starting my journey and she explained the options that were available to me. I went for the PT option where I do exercise at home and meet with Marianne on a monthly basis for my 121 session. The journey was hard at first as I had to get my head around what types of food was good for me and it was my first time at doing strength training..but I was determined to do this. I was over 10st when I started with Marianne and after 10 months i went down to almost 9st. The a I had to eventually stop due to personal reasons but during this time, I learnt a lot about strength training and you cant loose weight just with dieting, you need to train, and Marianne was very patient with me when I was learning to use weights properly too. I had good and bad days but we were allowed that so as long as you get back at it the following day it's ok. I have recently had a operation and I am planning to join Marianne again to discuss training options and will try to keep it up as I am in my early 40s and the perimenopause will eventually creep up to me...so having a good diet and a good exercise routine will definitely help me. I highly recommend Marianne as she is a mum herself and totally understands how hard it is when you have children butalso you need to manage your personal life too.

Fantastic experience: Just wanted to say that Marianna is such an encouraging personal trainer. She has that right balance between pushing you and being caring and understanding about the challenges of fitting exercise in around raising small children. She checks in on your progress just enough and is super supportive. I decided to invest in some PT time after my third child as I knew I struggled with leaking when running as well as having a tummy gap after three pregnancies and 1 c section, and just generally having a weak body. I always felt safe doing the exercises with Marianna and she guided me each week, increasing the challenge when I was ready for it. I am so impressed I’ve managed to do what I have and I wouldn’t have done it without her help and without her pushing me to do more than I thought I could. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: So great to be able to do some exercise from the comfort of my own home. It’s flexible, gave me the push I needed to get moving again after having my son and it’s with other mums who are in a similar space. Fantastic experience: Cannot recommend Marianna enough for post natal fitness. I did the group sessions at the signol centre and small group in an evening and its helped me so much. It’s great to be able to do something for me but not worry about childcare. Thanks Marianna!
Fantastic experience: Marianna is fantastic. I did 6 weeks personal training with her when I was just 7 weeks postpartum. She was honest with me about my goals and worked hard to help me achieve them. Marianna has a warm and encouraging approach. She made the sessions fun and was great at knowing how much she could push me. She was supportive on WhatsApp throughout the week and gave me sensible, realistic advice about my diet. I am so proud of what I achieved in 6 weeks with Marianna and I highly recommend her to anyone who wants to get fitter and feel better about their shape.

Fantastic experience: Marianna is coaching me online and following our consultations Marianna is programming me effective training that manages my injuries/weaknesses, strengthens them and also enables me to work towards my personal strength goals. This is really skilled programming and all done via online consultations, video checking on form and progressive planning. I’m so impressed with Marianna’s knowledge and skills and I’ve learnt a lot from her. She also has a very in depth knowledge of planning training around being a busy working Mum which is incredibly important. Thanks so much Marianna, I thoroughly enjoy your online coaching

Fantastic experience: I joined Mpowered Thursday class in spring last year then moved onto group training. After 2 pregnancies in 3 years I was feeling super weak and didn't really know where to start. Mariana's class were fun and something great to do for myself during maternity leave. I noticeably felt stronger, that my mood was better and liked being able to bring my baby and show him the importance of moving your body! I miss them so much now I'm back in work, best thing I did for myself as a new mum! Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Marianna has been my PT since the start of last year, so I felt lucky when I fell pregnant to have someone local that I could have private tailored sessions with. She’s supported me throughout the pregnancy to stay fit and strong - always working to my own pace and specific needs, which was important to me. I herniated a disc a few years back so I never thought I would be pain free pregnant, but bar the odd day here and there, I’ve reached nine months staying active and largely without pain - which is quite frankly astonishing! Marianna is patient, caring, knowledgable and makes exercise truly enjoyable - and I know I am in the best hands for the postpartum fitness journey when I’m ready. You won’t regret starting your fitness journey with Mpowered Fitness.

Fantastic experience: I wasn't sure where to start getting back into exercise following the birth of my baby, but did a couple of Marianna's group classes before joining her small PT class. I looked forward to them every week as a place to do something I did for myself pre-pregnancy, and being able to take the baby along helped massively. The classes were fun and Marianna pushed you to try heavier weights if you felt comfortable. Highly recommend to new mums!

Fantastic experience: When I first hired Marianna I had spent a lifetime avoiding exercise and hating the way my body looked. My initial goal was to learn to exercise regularly. This was something I had never managed to do on my own despite years of failed attempts. I had had a baby a year before during which I struggled with gestational diabetes and could not feel the muscles in my abdomen after an emergency c-section. Marianna was kind, patient and consistent with me. I slowly got stronger, I had another baby where I completely avoided diabetes and she helped me build my strength back after another c-section. The best thing that Marianna gave me was a life-long love of exercise, she managed to transform me into somebody who genuinely enjoys exercise and it has changed my life and the life of my family forever. I cannot thank Marianna enough for what she has given me. I now feel strong and confident in myself like I never have before. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: MPowered online sessions were brilliant for getting me moving each week. They were always paced well and fun, but also challenging. I had a one-to-one session with Marianna which included a postnatal consultation, checking for diastasis recti, going through personal fitness aims, and demonstrating exercises. At the end, Marianna put together a detailed plan in manageable stages that really improved my overall fitness, and particularly worked on my core strength. I progressed through the stages with input from Marianna, and asking questions along the way. The recent 10 minute Summer workouts have been a great way to get moving and create pockets of time for myself. Marianna is super friendly, and always happy to tailor exercises, give alternatives based on requirements, and give advice within her training and knowledge around ante/postnatal fitness and exercise.
