A.P.I Fitness

Here at A.P.I Fitness we offer a range of gym equipment aimed at fitness and strength including free weights, a cardio room, and a dumbbell room. Need a little help to kick start your workout? We have Time4Nutrition Pre-Workout, and Intra-Workout to help keep you going. For after your workout we have Time4Nutrition Whey Protein shakes or a Shake & Take Bottle you can take with you. We are open to non-members, you can pay per session. Want to top up your tan? Or get a good base before a holiday? We have a stand up and a lie down sunbed, for whichever you prefer. We have ProTan bottles and sachets available for purchase.
