Fantastic experience: Dan has been AMAZING I workout with him online as I'm 135 miles away in london, but he is helping me transform my life. Following an injury/disability I struggled with daily activities and exercise. Dan LISTENED to my physical restrictions and has adapted my workouts to increase my mobility and strength for the first time in 2 years. He's also helped me mentally, to BELIEVE in me again and get my moving again. He's also a trained chef so he has great recipes to share that make loosing weight ENJOYABLE. If your looking for health and fitness this is the man you can trust to help you achieve what YOU want to.

Fantastic experience: POWERcamp fitness is absolutely the place to be , Dan's knowledge and relentless methods to be able to get you to your goals is second to none , his passion at bootcamp or in the online programs really drives you on to be the best you can be no matter what level of fitness you have. I remember being nervous at my first session and by the time we had done the warm up Dan along with the ladies put those nerves at ease and they soon disappeared. The ladies have now become lifelong friends. Thanks POWER camp for the results I've been looking for . I only have one regret and that's why I never found you sooner
