Fantastic experience: Great hybrid and boxing gym in Welshpool where the coaches and members really do make it a community. Great priced and great support. By far the best HYROX gym in mid wales!

Fantastic experience: What a great gym! Out sons attend Warren’s Lil rigs classes and absolutely love it. Warren is great with the kids and I think this offering is unique. My husband also trains Hyrox and really enjoys Warrens coaching. Highly recommend

Fantastic experience: My 10 yr old daughter loves Lil' Rigs boxing class. She now has much more confidence, noticeable fitness, her coordination has improved dramatically and she has even been picked for the dance squad in school as her focus, timing and memory has improved. Warren instills discipline and respect which positively impacts her behaviour at home. Also the "mean girls" in school don't mess with her any more!

Fantastic experience: Excellent! Warren is a great PT and really knows how to crack the whip. I'm hoping to be super fit in no time and know how to throw some food punches!
