Inversion Aerial Fitness

Fantastic experience: Myself and my daughter have been training at Inversion for nearly 3 years now and you could not get a more welcoming and family friendly studio!!! The instructors are amazing they have years and years of knowledge and experience with Aerial Arts, this was key to me when choosing a studio as I know I would be safe and well looked after in a purpose built studio. The community here is like a second family so welcoming and warm. I was so nervous starting and the studio owner put my mind at ease and worked at my pace to make the experience fantastic. Aerial is for everyone and this is definitely embodied in this studio!!!

Fantastic experience: I've been going to inversion aerial fitness for 18 months now and train with them 2-3 times a week, I couldn't recommend them more, the instructors are fun, energetic and extremely friendly and supportive, the community Teisha has built is amazing and the girls love a good get together outside of lessons to bond and have fun Kids and adult classes available

Fantastic experience: Great teachers. I have been attending adults aerial silks classes since January. I'm not one for gyms so this is an excellent way to build strength and flexibility in a fun way. I am definitely starting to see the benefits in muscle gain and fat loss.
