Fantastic experience: TST 247 is such a welcoming and safe environment to work on your individual health and fitness goals. Harry is so motivating and welcoming and makes everyone feel so comfortable. The 24/7 opening times are fantastic as it allows you fit time in for the gym no matter your schedule! Fantastic gym all round!

Fantastic experience: The owner and founder of Team Stewart Training is Harry Stewart. He has over 30 years experience in his field of personal training but offers much more. The new facility he has in Lisburn is first class and offers a range of 1-1 services along with personalised small group PT sessions at an affordable price. I cannot reccommend him highly enough.
