Fantastic experience: I visited Empire Gym in Workington for the first time today, and I was thoroughly impressed. The gym is spacious, clean, and equipped with a fantastic range of machines and weights. L I felt welcomed and comfortable from the moment I walked in. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The atmosphere felt really motivating, you can tell it's a place where people are serious about their fitness and support each other. I also appreciated how well-maintained everything is – it’s clear that the management looks after the place and equipment. Overall, my first experience at Empire Gym went great, I'd recommend

Fantastic experience: Great gym with 24hr fob, the lads are constantly putting money back into the gym making new improvements and upgrades. Gym is loaded with primal strength and cybex gear, plenty squat racks and a spacious layout.

It's just the best gym around town to be fair. Staff are a joy to speak to. Never heard a bad word about the spot keep it up lads and lasses your doing a spot on job here. Keep it up
