Fantastic experience: I've never been one for going to the gym in the past but I'm now converted thanks to Paul and Lee at Aspire2Sport in Plymouth. One hour per week of of top-notch personal tuition has helped me enormously. It's as challenging as you want it to be but 'no pain no gain', as they say, is absolutely spot-on. Seeing your own progression is very rewarding. Great fun and highly recommended. Can't wait for the next session - thanks guys.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been having 1 to 1 strength and conditioning training from Paul for the past 18 months (lockdowns permitting). I have noticed a definite improvement in my strength which has helped my other sporting activities and overall fitness. Fantastic experience: Been going to the gym since may and have achieved and still achieving amazing results, with the help of my personal trainer Paul. It’s helped massively with my confidence and to go somewhere you do not get judged and and be involved in a very friendly atmosphere and to be believed in that you can meet your goals, and suprise yourself each session what you can push your body to do, thoroughly recommend it to anyone who wants to change their life for the better.
