Fantastic experience: A great gym with no attitudes , I've been using this place for the last 4 months or so mainly in the evenings and I can do most if not all of my routines .I'm more into fitness as apposed to heavy lifting or body building . They have pretty much two of everything. So doing your thing is never an issue. With great advice on training tips you can't really go wrong .loads of parking ...

Fantastic experience: Great gym, really well equipped and no queuing for stuff!! Everything is in the place it should be so you’re not going round on an adventure mid workout trying to find the other half of the equipment you need (unlike pur*gym). Helpful staff with years of experience who are kind in sharing their knowledge. Loved it so much my partner joined too.

Fantastic experience: Joined this gym a little over a year ago, always been made to feel very welcomed by its friendly staff. Some great equipment that you wouldn’t find in a commercially run Gym :)

Fantastic experience: Extremely friendly gym: staff and customers. Everyone really helpful and always willing to show you how to use equipment if you’re unsure. Loads and loads of superb equipment and sun beds, showers and a kids area. It’s perfect and you really feel part of the family! Thanks B3

Fantastic experience: B3 is the most comfortable I’ve ever been in a gym! So well equipped and staff are the most friendly!! Creates the nicest environment to work out. Only gym I’ve managed to be consistent at!!

Fantastic experience: I'm a member at this gym one of the best gyms I've been to and the most friendliest staff it's nice to be dealing with professionals with a heart I would recommend this gym to everyone brilliant atmosphere even has a mixed martial arts boxing area and personal trainers of all all sorts and the music and the people very motivational everything about this gym is old school love it
