Fantastic experience: Keri has been a fantastic support in getting my fitness back after having a baby. Her Pilates class is a challenging but manageable and a great non-judgmental environment for bringing my baby along to. The personal training is well structured and gives good strategies for incorporating the exercises into life with a baby. The baby massage course is very relaxed and a great activity to enjoy with your baby throughout the course and to carry on afterwards with the helpful resources. Would thoroughly recommend.
Fantastic experience: Keri is fantastic, what she doesn’t know about your fitness during and post pregnancy isn’t worth knowing. Keri’s OT sessions helped me heal a 5 year diastasis recti (ab split) and get back into running safely. She’s now got me doing weights which I never thought I’d do. Definitely recommend.
Fantastic experience: I really enjoyed attending Keri’s Pilates class at wootton community centre. I found it so rewarding for the last few months of maternity leave. I just wish I found out about it sooner or could have continued for longer. Keri is welcoming and friendly and a great Pilates coach!
Fantastic experience: I love my weekly post natal Pilates. Baby gives me a bad back, bad hips etc, and I always feel stretched out and amazing after class. I think my Diastasis recti has improved and I feel my core is stronger. Keri is also just lovely. Highly recommended.
Fantastic experience: I did Pilates with Keri in wooton with my baby - it was a really great environment to get back into exercise and really helped to loosen up achey shoulders and back! Keri keeps the class moving along but the atmosphere is very chilled so you can dip in and out as your baby lets you! Would recommend x
Fantastic experience: Keri’s fit 4 birth classes have been great throughout my pregnancy. A lovely balance of exercise and pregnancy education that has left me feeling mentally and physically prepared for birth. Keri is super knowledgable about all things birth and babies and is always happy to answer questions or tailor sessions to specific needs. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Kerri’s Fit4Birth course is great! It combines pregnancy Pilates and discussions about prepping for baby, labour and postnatal care. The classes are really welcoming and the information given does not feel overwhelming. It is a lovely safe space to ask questions and learn from the experiences of others at similar stages of pregnancy. Highly recommend!
Fantastic experience: Keri is fantastic. Down to earth, helpful and makes you feel relaxed and looked after. It's hard to find someone who fits around mum life and understands how you might be feeling. I only go on the evening virtual class each week but I feel like it makes the difference and just gives me a little bit of time for me each week. I highly recommend.
Fantastic experience: Keri is supportive and knowledgeable in all aspects of women’s health and fitness. She takes you through exercise at a pace that’s right for you and your body, and makes it enjoyable. Attending her sessions is the best investment I’ve made in my health since becoming a mother.

Fantastic experience: I stopped exercising at the start of my first pregnancy, losing confidence and seriously lacking in fitness by the time I’d had my baby. Fit and Healthy Mums soon changed all of that! Keri creates such a supportive environment - it’s a whole room of mums helping other mums; laughing off the meltdowns, ignoring the baby sick on your shoulder and between all of that actually getting to workout! Another baby later... and Keri has taught me more about my post pregnancy body than I ever thought possible, shared some amazing parenting tips, and even managed to tone me up along the way.
