Fantastic experience: I still stand by all I said. Love Emily Shaw Fitness. You're not just joining a gym you joining an amazing fitness family. Emily's always pushes you, and the classes keep you on your toes. Wouldn't go anywhere else. X I do 2 PT a week and 3 class and I have never been stronger than I am now.

Fantastic experience: Great ladies only gym really comfortable atmosphere. The 30 min classes are excellent and different everytime. Emily is always there for 100% support. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
