We provide a friendly, safe and encouraging environment for anyone to achieve their personal goals. The gym is focused around Functional Movement based exercise as we believe being fit for life, not just for the mirror.
Community is important to us and we all grow together on our physical journey. Due to our emphasis on classes you will be working closely with our coaches to reach your goals. You will enjoy our creative and fun workouts in our spacious outdoor facility. Come down, enjoy training in the fresh air and all weathers. Hot or cold, wet or dry, we still train.
The Farm classes are accessible for all abilities and fitness levels. We designed the programme so that every aspect of your training is taken care of. We offer a friendly environment to workout in. We strive to push everyone to their own limits so we can have a class of mixed abilities.Our coaches work closely with participants in classes to help perfect movements and help cater for any injuries so no one gets left behind.
Farm Elite – Farm Elite, our flagship training method, incorporates a mix of dumbbells, kettlebells, bodyweight movements, cardio equipment, and hard work! Each class presents a brand-new workout with fresh challenges. All you need to do is stay consistent and commit to hard work; we’ll take care of the rest. We look forward to seeing you in class!
Farm Strong (Squats) – focuses on the lower body! We offer a progressive program designed to increase strength and hypertrophy. We split the session into two blocks. In the first block, we address strength, often focusing on either front or back squats. Throughout the year, we aim for different rep maxes, allowing our Farmers to track their progression. The second block of our accessory section focuses on building muscle endurance and hypertrophy, which should leave you feeling challenged. We’re proud to mention that over the years, we’ve seen many personal bests, but more importantly, we’ve improved the way people move both in the gym and in real life! So, make sure to book onto Monday’s classes and remember, strength is never a weakness!
Farm Strong (Deadlifts) – is a fan favorite. Is there anything better than hitting a heavy deadlift? The main focus of these sessions is on building up strength in the deadlift. Throughout the year, we aim for different rep maxes so that Farmers can witness their strength increasing in each block.The accessory section of this session concentrates on targeting the accessory muscles involved in the deadlift, emphasizing a lot of core work as well as the posterior chain. This session not only enhances strength but also leaves you feeling robust and capable of handling anything life throws at you!Make sure to join us on Friday and practice defying gravity!
Farm Strong (Upper) – focuses on all the muscles in the upper part of our bodies. During these sessions, we concentrate on building strength in either the strict or push press. Throughout the year, we aim to achieve various rep maxes, allowing farmers to witness strength progressions in both areas.During the accessory blocks on Wednesdays, we introduce gymnastic progressions. No, we’re not talking about doing flips, but rather focusing on pull-ups and push-ups. We take pride in offering scaling options suitable for individuals of all abilities, ensuring everyone can progress in these skills. Additionally, we incorporate more traditional bodybuilding exercises that build strength and muscle in the upper body.We’re proud to highlight that many individuals who never imagined hanging from a bar, let alone doing a pull-up, have accomplished these feats. Don’t miss out on Wednesday’s classes and elevate your upper body training.

Fantastic experience: Came here for a Hyrox sim from a different part of town. The outdoor facilities are great, the event was well organized, and both the regulars and the team were extremely friendly and supportive. There was a real sense of community. Would train here in a heartbeat if I didn’t live on the other side of the city, and will keep my eye out for future events!

I haven't been active for almost 10 years, so after much deliberation I decided to bite the bullet and pluck up the courage to seek out some expert guidance. In the first instance I would recommend just coming here in person to get a feel for this special place & to discuss your needs/goals etc as it quite literally is a hard grafting, no nonsense, spit & sawdust converted cattle shed on a farm (hence the name) & perhaps isn't everyone'scup of tea... for me however, it was just perfect!. From the moment I nervously walked in, everyone was so kind, warm and welcoming & I felt very comfortable. I had some previous communication with Rhys (owner and PT) over the phone but coming here in person is far better. You instantly feel the good vibes & the whole team work incredibly hard to ensure the environment is well balanced, healthy & varied. This is an extremely well oiled machine & you are surrounded by beautiful fields & spectacular view of London. The gym is a dual facility with inside & outdoor training in the fresh air, which is amazing! its crossfit style & they have a huge field set up for summer bootcamp/assault.course. The age range is wide & varied, so as a middle aged woman, I don't feel at all out of place. They even do special classes for kids! I decided to take a package of 10 personal training classes with Rhys in order to prepare myself mentally & physically for a class (I am somewhat overweight & extremely unfit) & it was the best decision i could've possibly made. His expertise, guidance & encouragement is absolutely second to none! & whilst not as cheap as a conventional gym membership, this is money well spent as its an investment for life health & mental wellbeing. I am 6 weeks in and feel like a completely new person. They also offer physio & nutrition advice as well as an amazing coffee bar and sell delicious organic fresh eggs straight from the farm! You will never regret joining here as it is truly amazing & I cannot recommend highly enough. If I can do it... anyone can do it!
Fantastic experience: I hate gyms but have actually become quite addicted to this place, the classes are great and the people doing it with you are always supportive. Coaches all work well to keep you doing the right movements and correct during the sessions.

Fantastic experience: I cannot express how amazing these classes are. Mini PT sessions really and somehow they still manage to see and correct everyone. The facilities are pretty diverse and easy access with tea and coffee available onsite. Really lovely vibe and great people who both attend and teach! I'm literally staying in the area because I don't want to leave the classes just yet!
Fantastic experience: The farm is a terrific training space. I love that it is semi outdoors. It's well equipped, by crossfit and powerlifting standards. The classes are very well coached and have a really good team atmosphere- even for novices. If you are looking to build all-around athleticism, this is one of the best options in North London/ Herts area

I have been training one2one with Sonny for the past 2 months and he has been fantastic. This place is certainly worth a visit to see, highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: A great space for classes and training solo. All the kit you need is there. The coaches have a variety of backgrounds and therefore can cover all bases. Everyone there is so lovely. It is affordable, the views are awesome and the shakes pretty epic!!
