Fantastic experience: At 65 I thought I was too old to start yogalates with Rachel but am glad that I did as it is a great exercise programme for enhancing flexibility and core strength. Rachel’s teaching method is calm and relaxing and she never pushes too hard, always reinforcing to the class the importance of staying within personal limits.

Fantastic experience: So I’m nearly 62 and have never done yoga….. well now I realise what I’ve been missing! Rachael has a wonderful calm way of encouraging you , her emphasis is on everyone enjoying the session. I know I can’t get into some of the stances but after 6 months attending Rachael’s classes I feel more relaxed , sleep better and feel more confident in my ability to push myself just a little in the next class . Fantastic experience: I’ve just arrived back from Rachael’s Sunday Slowdown class. It was excellent, it was a great way to spend a Sunday evening. Everything was explained really clearly, the class was relaxing as well as having plenty of deep stretches to see off the previous week. Rachael was so friendly and welcoming. Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Rachael’s yoga classes for 18 months now. I find that the instruction is always clear and postures are well demonstrated. Rachael always gives a number of options for each move and is clear that we should move at our own pace. I always feel relaxed yet energised after a class.

Fantastic experience: Rachael classes have a good combination between physical work and relaxation/meditation, time of calm and peace for yourself. She is gentle and cares for every detail. Provides mats, blocks, blankets, and even eyes cover for final relaxation. I have not been able to try yogalates yet due to work but she designs slightly different type of classes and specials....need to book fast. I was gutted to miss the special with a massage! Fantastic experience: I’ve dabbled with yoga on and off for a number of years, having never found the class that suited me. I have to say now I can’t imagine going to any other class than Rachel’s. I’m a keen runner and I can’t help but think my regular attendance at Rache’s class has prevented me from injuries. Keep up the excellent work Rachel.

Fantastic experience: I have attended Rachel's Yoga classes for several years now and always find them to be relaxing, but having the right amount of challenge to ensure that I feel I have done a work out, albeit from someone who does not really like the Gym. Rachel is always supportive and ensures that everyone works within their level - no pressure to do anything your body does not want to. A very enjoying hour spent on an evening.

Fantastic experience: I devoted last year to my mental health, until I decided my physical health needed some attention, too. I picked this gym randomly, based on the reviews, and it turned out to be a great choice. I love the classes, it's the best way to relax in the evenings after work. The owner is so caring, and all the ladies are amazing. Very highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Brilliant ladies gym for all ages and levels of fitness. I love the yoga, pilates and boxercise classes run by Rachael especially. I've been with the gym for over two years, and I'm so glad I joined. It was amazing through lockdown with zoom classes that really kept me fit. Really fun and friendly community, and not at all intimidating! Would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Everyone here is so friendly and helpful. From the staff to all the ladies that attend there too. I’m a larger lady and in other gyms can often feel conscious of my size. At Devine Health & Fitness all I ever get is support and encouragement. I love this gym and need it in my life. Can not recommend enough.
