Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming to classes for 9 months now and love it! I look forward to going to classes and have learnt so much and got so much stronger and fitter than I was before! The classes are always different and there are great coaches to push you and support you!! Everyone should give it a go!

Fantastic experience: So I joined V90 CrossFit l5 months ago age 54.I'd been wanting to challenge my fitness but needed something to motivate me and keep me focused,which a normal gym membership wouldn't do for me. Best thing I've done,an hours training session most days,the coaches are great & each Workout has variations to suit all levels of fitness! I love being part of the V90 CrossFit community, everyones so friendly & encouraging.I highly recommended it.

Fantastic experience: Nearly 4 years ago I was looking for something different to a normal gym, something to keep me motivated and somewhere i could strive to get better. At v90 I found that. The coaches are great and there every step of the journey to help you whenever you need it. Most of all the community at v90 is awesome, each and every person supporting each other.

Fantastic experience: Great CrossFit gym with an incredible coaching team that provide expert knowledge on movements to ensure a safe and effective workout. The gym atmosphere is as good as the coaching, with some really inclusive and friendly members to take inspiration from.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic place to join. Been going here since December and noticed difference in my strength dramatically. The classes are great fun and everyone is really friendly. The coaches are very helpful and very knowledgable. Highly recommend giving it a go but be warned. You will get addicted

Fantastic experience: I joined four years ago when my son was 4 months old. I was made to feel very comfortable joining and bringing him with me in the kids corner. He loves coming along with me still now, as does my 8 year old daughter and going to the gym and working out is seen as a normal everyday thing to them. They both take part in the CrossFit kids class and love it. I absolutely love and look forward to going to v90 each day. The coaches are great and super supportive with plenty of alternatives if you are unable to do certain movements and advice for using correct form. There is a very friendly community feel with other members in every class, and everyone encourages each other to try their best. The classes are fun and varied every day with a warm up, strength technical and conditioning workout. They are suitable for all abilities and alternative movements are given to help with injuries.

Fantastic experience: V90 CrossFit is an incredible place to train. I’ve seen considerable improvements in my health, fitness and happiness since joining 3.5 years ago. It’s the best hour of my day. The community is amazing, you won’t meet a more supportive and encouraging bunch of people. The coaches are real experts who care about people.

Fantastic experience: Just love it here. Super supportive staff who always put our needs first. A real family atmosphere. I'm no spring chicken, and having not exercised for 15 years prior to joining, I was worried, but v90 have made me feel welcome and I love getting stronger and fitter. Fantastic experience: Great Crossfit community, excellent facilities. Lots of classes available to suit everyone. Supportive and experienced coaches. Plenty of free parking and very welcoming to anyone visiting the Bognor area on holiday.
