Fantastic experience: After trying many differrent diets and exercise programmes with no results, I felt lost and not sure how to get in shape. I decided to try Simon; a home personal trainer from Star Fitness, and it was the best decision I’ve made and not looked back. After just 6 weeks I have never been in better shape. I am a dress size down, and toned up in places I’ve always wanted to be. I’ve never been happier with myself and my body in a long time. I will definitely keep this up with my new personal trainer; which I must say is kind, funny and makes you feel comfortable in the training sessions.
