Fantastic experience: The gym is good. Everything is new and good techno gym equipment. The gym is reasonably priced at £25 per month at time of writing. Its open 7 days 5am-10pm, although decent hours it would be better if it was 24 hrs, that way it could compete with Pure gym and Muscle hut in Falkirk as both of these are 24 hrs and cost the same. The gym is fully air conditioned another plus point and has a separate studio for stretching and aerobic type work outs, this comes in handy. There is an ipad in the gym thats hooked up to Spotify so different play lists can be picked which is brilliant. There are also two flat screen tv's which can be used for youtube virtual classes etc. The gym is small and missing certain bits of equipment that let it down, for example, there's no stairs climber machine, ski-er machine or barbell curl bench and bar, along with a few other pieces of equipment that would be good but not a major issue to be fair. There is also no water machine in the gym however there is a kitchen with a water machine right next to the gym for filling water bottles etc. The gym tend to be fairly quiet for the moment... this is good because it means not waiting forever to get on equipment. The changing rooms and showers are decent with enty locker which take £1 In summary overall it's a decent modern gym with good technogym equpment although lacking in a few pieces. Making it 24 hrs would be a good idea and adding in water machine in the actual gym would be good, but all in all it's a pretty good gym and reasonably priced. Customer service from management is really responsive and they have awesome communication. I can see within days my grievance regarding the showers has been addressed. Its not often nowadays to have good customer service but I have to say I'm impressed with antonine fits.
