I am Lesley Teall, a fully qualified personal trainer, gym instructor, nutritionist and sports massage therapist, located in a private gym in Northwich, Cheshire. I am here to facilitate your personal fitness goals, to listen to what you need and help you achieve it!

With access to state-of-the-art fitness equipment at my home-based private gym, and with me as your personal trainer, you will have expert instruction and encouragement to maximise your workouts and improve your overall fitness in a safe, private and - most of all - fun space! Whatever your goal, I can help you achieve it.

As a VTCT Level 4 Sports Practitioner, I offer a range of sports massage therapies to aid muscle recovery, as well as assessment, treatment and diagnosed of injuries and underlying medical conditions such as lower back pain, frozen shoulder, tennis elbow, diabetes, obesity or hypertension, in a safe and controlled way. I can also refer you for scans if required.

I am proud to be a long-standing GP-Referral Sports Specialist for a number of practices in the North West, as well as various Insurance Companies. On referral from your doctor or insurance broker, I will work with you to improve your fitness, help you on the road to recovery from injuries, or offer weight-loss and nutrition plans tailored to your doctor's advice.
