St Helens Muay Thai

Fantastic experience: Down in Haydock from Glasgow for a course for work, been practicing Muay Thai for about a year and thought I’d grab a session while I was down. Couldn’t recommend the gym enough, the boy at the door, the head coach Ellis, the other students all sound, all helpful. Ellis made sure I wasn’t out my depth and gave me pointers on technique, very knowledgable, very approachable. Couple of the boys including the coach came over at the end and shook my hand, represented their gym really well, top class. If you’re passing through or you’re a local thinking about it I’d highly recommend St. Helens, great sport, great gym.
