Fantastic experience: I'm not a naturally athletic person, so I was worried about starting pole fit being in my 40s and somewhat overweight. I shouldn't have worried as the instructor catered to my abilities and I quickly gained strength and was achieving moves I did not think I could ever do. the culture at F2F is so supportive and empowering that I signed my son up to junior hoop class (which he loves). I could not reccomend this place enough!

Fantastic experience: Lisa is amazing!! Been going nearly 2 years now and I’m changing my life for the better! Lisa has made a warm and welcoming environment for everyone, has created fun exercise classes and is always creating new routines. You also have to try her bungee fitness class, it’s so much fun!
