Fantastic experience: I absolutely love training at this gym, not only do I feel great here, but my clients do too. The space is clean, well-equipped, and has a strong, positive energy that makes every session flow with ease. One of the key highlights for me is the sound system, it’s powerful and perfect for high-intensity workouts like cardio or HIIT, which really elevates the experience. Grateful to have access to such a solid space to coach from!

Fantastic experience: This private gym is a true hidden gem in the heart of Vauxhall. We really felt like we were able to escape from the hustle and bustle of London life in our 60 minutes. We blasted our music, danced like nobody was watching (because they weren’t), and had a really good full body workout session using the wide range of equipment available. A truly unique offering and a private space to stretch, train, meditate, dance, whatever you wish! The facilities were easy to access, clean and hygienic and I was really impressed by the standard of the bathroom. Perfect for a quick session, shower and change before work or during your lunch hour. The fact it’s available 24/7, 365 days is also awesome as you can train when other gyms aren’t open.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely a game changer for professionals within the health and wellbeing industry, very private and classy but fundamentally can get a great session done with clients, alone and/or shooting content. Solo60 has allowed me to relaunch my Physical Wellness Business, Covid had an enormous impact on our industry and we are still paying the price for elevated fees at gyms.
