Fantastic experience: I absolutely LOVE this place. I've been coming to classes for over 2 years now and the sense of community that the studio creates is amazing. I genuinely look forward to coming each week, be it for the chats, or the amazing tricks and techniques that we learn, but especially for the sense of achievement when you unlock a new move. Sheree has such an amazing talent, you know you are in good hands. She gives individual support and feedback while still making it interesting for the group and the various levels we are all at. See you next week! ;)

Fantastic experience: Such a fab studio. I joined when I relocated to the area and was made to feel welcome immediately. Sheree is incredibly talented and able to teach at really high levels. Spacious, clean studio with really high poles so no restrictions to what can be achieved

Everyone you meet in class is so nice and welcoming! Just an overall good vibe. Prices are really reasonable as well and there’s lots of options for class times and memberships to suit you. I honestly can’t fault the place, Sheree does a amazing job

Fantastic experience: I recently started here and absolutely love the atmosphere at the studio. An extra lovely touch is that the instructors take the time to learn who you are and tailor classes for your ability. After finishing the beginner course and trying new classes, Sheree and Lisa took the time to talk to me before the classes to outline what to expect and to put me at ease! Such a personable studio and cannot recommend enough :)

Fantastic experience: 100000/10. I was initially quite anxious about starting a new hobby as an adult, but Sheree made me feel incredibly comfortable from the get go. I look forward to class every single week and can’t imagine it not being part of my routine now. Honestly couldn’t recommend Central Pole more. The best way to feel confident and sexy, and most importantly- have a great laugh!

Fantastic experience: Can’t say enough good things about this pole studio. The instructors go above and beyond to make everyone comfortable but push you out of your comfort zone and try moves you never thought you could do. I’m not a big exercise person, but the atmosphere here is great and everyone is supportive and empowering so I’ve now been going for years. Sheree and the other instructors have made it easy to get fitness classes into my weekly routine ❤️

Fantastic experience: One of the best decisions I ever made for myself was starting pole here! The instructors are amazing, so helpful and encouraging. There’s a great range of classes and workshops on offer. The space itself is spacious and the lighting creates both a fun and calming atmosphere. And best of all are the people - both the instructors and the other students have to be some of the loveliest most supportive people I’ve ever met and not to be dramatic but couldn’t imagine my life without them now. Learning pole has helped my confidence and body confidence massively but especially learning it at this studio

Fantastic experience: Cannot say enough good things about this place! Owner Sheree goes out of her way to reassure and welcome you right from the start. Having never done pole of any kind in my life (or much exercise beyond running for that matter!) I have already signed up to a membership :) The whole energy and community vibe encouraged across all classes (regardless of your ability) is so supportive and inspiring. Sheree along with the other instructors Debbie and Rachel are incredible at what they do, so supportive and patient. I can honestly say, even when I'm not having the best day I ALWAYS cannot wait to get to my next pole class, the feel good factor is unreal! If you're on the fence about trying pole fitness or dance - this is your sign to do it... and do it here! :)

Fantastic experience: Couldn’t recommend this place more. Every instructor is so friendly and so experienced, you really get the benefit of their time and expertise. I was really worried about coming but everyone is so lovely and the environment is supportive and encouraging- so don’t worry about coming alone! No matter what shape, size, age, or experience you have you will be welcome and hyped up. Getting strong and flexible in a fun way while also learning to do cool stuff is just an added bonus!

Fantastic experience: This is an amazing studio! The space itself is beautifully light and bright (with occasional moody lighting), but the instructors are what make the studio my favourite place. They are all so kind, talented, understanding and will get the best out of you. All the classes are supportive and fun with everyone encouraging each other. Ultimate mood booster.

Fantastic experience: I started coming to classes in 2016 and haven’t stopped since (minus covid times obviously)! The atmosphere in the studio is so warm, friendly, & welcoming and all the instructors are amazing and supportive - without them I wouldn’t have the confidence to take photos during class, never mind perform or compete. On top of that, my strength and fitness levels have significantly improved and I always feel so good after a pole sesh. I can’t recommend Central Pole Dance Studio enough, it’s my happy place

Fantastic experience: Positive vibes throughout the studio. Nice tall poles to give you space for loads of different tricks and combos. Teachers are great at adjusting moves, spins and conditioning to people’s capabilities (whether it be advancing or taking it back a stage). They also come with lots of encouragement and good chat. Would recommend to people who are looking to start pole x

Fantastic experience: Going to my first class alone I was nervous and very apprehensive but after meeting the instructor Sheree and everyone else in the class that has completely disappeared and I look forward to my class every week! The classes are fun, relaxed and a really good laugh while at the same time being an incredible workout. Sheree is very motivational, supportive and always gets the best out of us all. Ive progressed so much in a few months and its all down to an incredible instructor! I highly recommend joining fly high fitness to everyone!

Fantastic experience: Only started a few months ago and already I can feel a significant difference in my body! Starting pole and flexibility with Sheree has been on of the best decisions I have made and I look forward to classes every week. As an instructor Sheree is both motivational and supportive, she is always there to encourage and help out when needed ( which is often) and never fails to make everyone feel comfortable. Unlike a lot of other fitness classes I've experienced, Sheree offers a fun, relaxed environment which takes the boredom out of working out - although you'll certainly feel the results fast! I'd especially recommend Fly High Fitness to anyone nervous about starting pole or those shy about their physique as Sheree maintains a positive environment conducive to learning and great for confidence building. Sheree's classes are for all ages, shapes, sizes and fitness levels. I'd recommend Fly High Fitness to anyone and everyone!!
