Fantastic experience: I’ve been training with EWF Fit since 2014 and I absolutely love the combination of great trainers and nice people around me. If you want an inclusive, friendly, professionally-run gym where you can work hard but still have fun, EWF Fit is perfect. A recent complete refit with new weight rigs has transformed the place too.

Fantastic experience: If you like a good, fun, physical challenge then you can't go wrong with an early morning bootcamp with Lee and Gareth. Just be prepared to work!
