Fantastic experience: Absolutely fantastic training facility. Perfect for developing Olympic lifting skills through classes, 1:1 sessions and individual training. Circuit classes are also a great option too, with a focus on developing strength and performance opposed to many other places that simply make you sweat without any measurable progress! The major added bonus - the brilliant physiotherapists/sports therapists on site. Can't speak highly enough of them!

Fantastic experience: Physio with Rick is great, he has fixed my shoulder, leg and elbow!!! Highly recommended. Wouldn't go to anyone eles and wr travel from the Wirral to see Rick!
