Fantastic experience: Always enjoy a Sunday session at Ebrook Fitness. My strength has skyrocketed. The small group classes cater for every fitness level. Such a relaxed and supportive atmosphere and team. Tom always has a wicked playlist!

Fantastic experience: I’ve always had huge gym anxieties or ‘gymtimidation’ about not having a clue what I’m doing but Matt and Tom have been amazing. They’re understanding, knowledgable, encouraging and helpful. You couldn’t ask for more. I joined at the beginning of Feb after attending a lift with confidence class held by Tom and I’ve been going multiple times a week since. The gym is clean, very well organised with a variety of equipment and the group PT classes are challenging but achievable for any ability. It’s a hub of supportive staff and friendly members.
Fantastic experience: I've been attending small group PT sessions at Ebrook since Jan 2024 and I couldn't wish for a more supportive group of trainers and fellow participants. There is a real team atmosphere in all the sessions and we celebrate everyone at whatever level they are at. I genuinely look forward to all my sessions (even at 6am!) and have recently added yoga at the Stable Studio with the brilliant Sian to complement my workout schedule. Matt is very encouraging without being pushy and I've seen some brilliant results. I couldn't even lift the bar on my first visit and am now lifting over 75kg! I would highly recommend Ebrook to anyone wishing to improve their strength and general well being.
Fantastic experience: I started using Ebrook Fitness during lockdown and have been at least once a week for the last 5 years. I highly recommend Matt and the team. They take time to listen to my needs and personalise my training to help make me stronger and more flexible which has helped reduce the aches and pains. I have recommended Ebrook Fitness to family and friends and they have also become regular users of the services they offer
Fantastic experience: I started Small Group PT classes here just over a month ago and can’t see myself ever looking back. If you buy a bulk pass the price is really reasonable and there’s a “newbie” pass to try some classes for even less. Classes are suitable for all but also challenging and I’m already being pushed to lift weights I never would on my own. A range of exercises each class but a real focus on compound lifts or key exercises (eg pull-ups). All of the staff are super friendly and helpful. The gym is clean, tidy, well equipped, and looked after by both staff and members. Every single other member I’ve met in a class has been really nice and there’s such a supportive atmosphere about the place that isn’t clicky or exclusive. Booking is also super easy and on busier weeks they always try to put on new or extra classes to accommodate.
Fantastic experience: I have been doing individual and Group PT sessions with Matt at Ebrook Fitness for over two years and can wholeheartedly recommend. My fitness and strength has increased and the accountability is just what I need. Great facilities, knowledgable and friendly trainers and a brilliant community that encourages and celebrates progress and successes!

Fantastic experience: I started training with Ebrook Fitness earlier this year to learn how to lift weights and get stronger…both have been great. The group classes with Matt are really supportive and one on one PT sessions with Laura have helped me refine techniques. I am now no longer intimidated by a weight rack and am looking forward to getting stronger and stronger!
Fantastic experience: I have recently discovered the classes at Ebrook fitness and i have really enjoyed attending. The small group sessions are great, whilst being challenging, our form / techniques are closely monitored. The gym is well equipped, making each weekly session varied. All the team are super friendly and encouraging. I would recommend to anyone to book a class and try them out!
Fantastic experience: I’ve been doing Matt’s small group sessions for 18 months and feel much stronger. We will set goals together which help me in my other sports and he keeps shaking things up so I never get bored in the gym. It’s alway hard work, but in a good way. Would highly recommend.
Fantastic experience: I go to a runner specific small group PT session every week and it’s brilliant. Always challenging, always fun. The staff are friendly, supportive and knowledgeable and the gym itself is well equipped and the perfect size.
Fantastic experience: I started to train with Matt after having my second baby, I was very nervous because I was feeling very unfit and had never trained before. Matt settled my nerves and made me feel comfortable in the training room. He tailored the exercises to suit me and pushed me to push myself as far as I could. Matt also helped me with meal planning and tracking my calorie intake. Training with Matt not only helped me to lose weight but also made me stronger and fitter. I would definitely recommend training at Ebrook Fitness for anyone who wants to lose weight and feel fitter and stronger.
Fantastic experience: I first visited Matt around five months ago, I was the unfittest I have been in my life, struggling to do the things I enjoy like biking, football, running and keeping up with my kids. My goals were clear, shed some weight and become a lot stronger. Since we started with Matt's help, I live cleaner, I am stronger and I am losing weight... not only this but I feel happier in myself and truly believe in the positive effects diet and working out can have on your life.
