Fantastic experience: If you are looking to get into shape, look no further than Dan. His knowledge is undeniably second to none. I thought i was ok fitness wise. Turns out i was wrong. Simple adjustments and explanations of each exercise are broken down to ensure you get the best results from the work you put in. He is very open an honest about results you can/will achieve, in a set time frame and look at working with you to make the results sustainable. I would 100% recommend him. You will learn more with a 10 minute conversation with Dan than you would going to your Gym for the next 12 months.
