Alpha HPF

Discover Alpha HPF, the leading High Performance Facility in the UK and Ireland, located in the scenic town of Castlewellan. Founded in 2019 by passionate fitness enthusiasts Gerard Fitzpatrick and Tommy Ireland, Alpha HPF was born from a desire to create a premium training environment that had previously been missing from the South Down area. What started as a small, members-only gym for friends and family has rapidly evolved into a viral sensation and a state-of-the-art wellbeing amenity, attracting serious athletes and casual fitness enthusiasts alike.

Our state-of-the-art facility is designed to support every level of fitness. The "LIFT" zone features a customized free weight and bodybuilding suite engineered for high-power performance and maximum results. For those focused on endurance, the "MOVE" cardio suite offers high-end machinery and circuit stations perfect for both elite athletes and general users. We also believe in holistic health, which is why we provide a dedicated "RELAX" zone complete with beanbags, multimedia options, and a coffee bar where members can unwind after a tough session.

Alpha HPF offers 24/7 access to our high-performance gym, ensuring you can train on your own schedule. Our membership plans are straightforward and affordable, starting from £60 per month for full unlimited access, plus a separate class package. We also host regular Strength & Conditioning classes on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, with both indoor and outdoor options available at various times to fit your busy lifestyle.

Located conveniently at Mill Hill Enterprise Park, our facility boasts ample parking and modern changing and showering amenities. Alpha HPF is more than just a gym; it is a community built on fun, results, and mutual support. Join us today and experience fitness that is never accidental. Your success starts at Alpha.
