Fantastic experience: Hi ! I could not ask for more in my fitness regime with Pete. It's always fun, motivated and positive. Pete listens to your needs with advanced, knowlageable answers to your questions with superb nutritional advice along the way to help you get the best from your body and performance and see results. The excersises are always varied and exciting, the kind of fitness sessions you truly look forward to. You can go your own pace, no judgement, just support and kindness. I have gone from an overweight, depressed 22stone lady, to a 14stone, fit, healthy, shiny, happy, brand new, younger, positive, excited version of myself that I could ever have possibly imagined. My mindset has turned around from being anxious, low, negative and almost hermitized, to a perspective that helps manifest great things in life. Through Pete Turnbull fitness traing, my dreams come true. Thank you Pete. Outstanding.
Fantastic experience: Pete - a massive thanks!! The 10 week challenge up on the West Hill is the best thing that’s happened to me this year!! As much as the early starts made me think twice it actually fits around my day (kids/job) perfectly… and what a way to start the day with the sunrise and panoramic views up there. I started with zero fitness a couple of weeks ago, and am already seeing the difference (scales and dress size). Excited for the next 8 weeks! Anyone sat on the fence thinking about this, and fed up with how you look and feel… do it! Grab a taster session and see what you think. I never thought I’d love it this much - lovely people and it’s at your pace and level of fitness!!
Fantastic experience: Excellent committed training programme that is varied and geared towards raising fitness in many aspects from weight training to short distance running. Felt my general health improve during the programme and finally got past covid slump. Supportive, approachable, engaging and inspiring. Other people in the training programme are warm and welcoming. Best I’ve found in Hastings.

Fantastic experience: Pete makes getting up early and working out outdoors fun - honestly! He attracts a friendly bunch and mixes up the venues and exercises to keep your workouts fresh and challenging. I don’t always feel like going but I’m always glad when I do. This is an excellent way to get healthy and stay that way. Pete’s full of encouragement, nutritional advice and just a really nice trainer who won’t shout at you. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: I started training with Pete and this wonderful group of friendly people around 5 months ago, I have totally changed my mindset and feel great ,my fitness is at the best level I’ve been in many years, the sessions are varied and we have a bit of fun along the way as well as working our butts off , anyone looking to boost there fitness and as a result there quality of life should come along, best thing I’ve done in years

Fantastic experience: If you're looking for a local fitness group to join I'd highly recommend Turnbull fitness. I've not long finished to 10 week course, everyone on the course was really lovely and Pete was a fantastic trainer with lots of enthusiasm. Every session was different which I really liked and Pete was always open to suggestions if you had any particular session requests.

Fantastic experience: As a long term attendee of Pete's courses, I can 100% vouch for their quality and results. I work full time as a secondary school Head of department and can still find the time to make the morning workouts. Fantastic experience: I’ve just completed my third program with Pete and I love it! Excellent sessions gets me ready for the day! He’s always worked in adapting the session to meet my needs! I shall be back for round 4!

Fantastic experience: Such great sessions! Hard but fun sessions and you get pushed as individuals as well as a team which in turn gives you great results. I have never been able to do a “proper” push up and now I can smash them out

Fantastic experience: After my first training session with Pete at Turnbull training I knew I was going to get the results I was looking for, I haven’t done anything like this before but training outside appealed to me and as I saw that the program was so varied and interesting this also appealed to me, I achieved more than I expected with my health and fitness, my biggest achievement was to run a Half Marathon quicker than I had done 10 years earlier with less than 3 months training, loosing enough body fat to be able to fit into clothes, 2 sizes down and completing a very challenging extreme race The Spartan Beast, but best of all, the health and fitness has become part of my life, four years on from starting training with Pete I’m still training and even taken it a step further by studying and becoming a fully qualified personal trainer myself.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely loving training with Pete at Turnbull Training. I’ve mostly trained with just my own body weight previously and I’m loving the creativity of Petes workouts using sandbags for a multitude of exercises that push us as a group to make stronger bodies. And the early morning sessions are a win. It’s great to workout in a our beautiful seaside town, enjoying the best part of the day whilst being motivated to smash it by Pete! Can’t wait for the next training plan to start!

Fantastic experience: It took no more than 2 months for me to achieve the first pullup of my life. At 130kg that's no easy task. Pete helped me with this goal and the training has improved my general mental and physical well-being. If you want to challenge yourself, this is the best way to do it. A stuffy gym with complicated equipment doesn't come close, Pete will guide you through bodyweight and sandbag training movements and also helps us all with advice on recovery and nutrition.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Turnbull for nearly a year now and I can say honestly that it's the first time I've fully enjoyed and looked forward to any form of exercise. Ah thank you Suzie ! I've been told a lot by people that they have this experience , I love the challenge of making something like fitness, which is usually seen as some form of punishment and transforming it into something that's actually fun and extremely enjoyable, also something people can look forward to ! It is also a great spin-off as that fun infuses into the whole session and class and brings people out of their shell which allows people to support each other fully and further, I've definitely seen that in you and your supportive attitude , your jokes always have me in stiches and make me smile ! Fantastic experience: I've trained with Pete for a few years now. Always enjoyable and would recommend anyone who fancies bootcamp or personal training. However some mornings (6am) I have wanted to kill him.

You know that as a super busy guy its the main window for you to take action on your health improvements. Yes, I've seen that murderous look in your eye sometimes , But remember a proper coach wont let you skip leg day or do half reps ! Keep up the hard work and I'll see you on the next 10 week program ! Fantastic experience: It was thanks to Pete that I was able to do a full push up! The 6am thing took some getting used to but you kind of look toward to it after the first couple days haha. The sessions are always motivating and even though you hurt like hell after, we all seem to have fun too.

It's always a great feeling to get that first push up ! a great movement for overall pushing and core strength that when done properly sets you up for a life of strength and stability , well done for meeting halfway turning up for yourself and getting the most out of the program , that's what its all about !
