Janie and the other instructors really know there stuff and push you with loads of encouragement. 3 years ago Fantastic experience: Great box, Janie is amazing and personalises workouts for different abilities, always keeps an eye on everyone’s techniques and moves. Lots of support and encouragement. I would prefer workouts to be 1h instead of 45min but as I book open gym sessions afterwards I can workout extra or spend some time stretching. Organising socials, swimming etc.
