Fantastic experience: I enjoyed a wonderful spa package that included an exfoliation, massage, and facial. Sylvia was absolutely lovely, warm, professional, and incredibly informative, which made the entire experience even more enjoyable. My skin felt incredibly soft afterwards, and my face had a beautiful, healthy glow. The receptionist was also fantastic, so kind and welcoming. To top it all off, they surprised me with a birthday treat of dessert and bubbly, which was such a thoughtful and memorable touch. I will definitely be returning!

Fantastic experience: What a brilliant experience - the mum and me package was just perfect for myself and my 10 year old daughter. We both had an amazing massage - next to each other and then she had a manicure and I had a pedicure. Both ladies were so kind and friendly to my daughter (and me!). A wonderful package, followed by afternoon tea - perfect for a special treat.

Fantastic experience: I had a spray tan with the expert Hanna. She gave me the most beautiful even glow and paid particular attention to not leaving weird marks or colour blobs around the feet, elbows and wrists. She was also kind, soothing and utterly professional; unfazed by all nakedness, odd veins, injured and scraped knees, bunions and bumps. The spa itself is so incredibly peaceful, clean, luxurious and beautiful that I will recommend it to everyone I know who deserves a treat

Fantastic experience: A lovely experience. The facilities are clean and calm. I had a 90 minute full body massage and a 90 minute facial, both done by Charis, who was wonderful.

Fantastic experience: I took my daughter Charlotte here on Monday 7th April for a surprise. It's my birthday and Charlotte s 21st Birthday on the same day- 12th April We had a wonderful experience, a 2 hour ritual( Scrub, massage and facial) Tailor- made to our specifications. ie Did we prefer a specific scented massage oil? An explanation as to what was the procedure, re assurance as to whether the pressure of the massage was OK etc. Felt pampered from head to toe throughout, lovely scents, relaxing music, not invasive. And when we were seated in reception afterwards, we were presented with 2 cakes and 2 glasses of Champagne, to celebrate our joint Birthday. A fabulous experience, we will be back! Fantastic experience: The BEST spa experience ever! The team is phenomenal - Marilena, Hanna, Erica and more. It is such an intimate personal experience of calm and care. Fantastic experience: Had a fantastic body scrub, massage and facial by the lovely Charis. She kept me informed throughout the treatment and I left feeling super relaxed and tension-free at the end. Positive experience: We had a wonderful, relaxing experience at the mummy and me spa experience. We both loved it and the ladies Charis and Marilena were lovely. My only slightly negative comment is that my gel nails didn’t last at all well, they quickly chipped (within 24 hours) and the finish in general wasn’t great. Local nail salons with the heated equipment to dry the nails give a much better finish. However, we will still return as we had a lovely time.

Fantastic experience: We had an extraordinary experience at Browns Spa at the weekend. We took our daughter and a friend for their first spa experience as a special 11th birthday celebration. It really was an afternoon to remember. Sylvia, Charis and Erica were wonderful and made it so special for the girls. They had even bought a little birthday cake with a candle! What a wonderful day. Everyone is exceptionally welcoming and so lovely and the spa experience itself is something the girls will never forget. They were so relaxed they didn’t want to leave. Can not recommend highly enough. It is the only spa in London that caters for children under 14 to this extent. Bravo Browns Spa - my turn next :)

Fantastic experience: Always a pleasure to be able to pop here for a quick relaxation in the middle of central london rush- even though there is no steam or sauna, I am able to shower to go back to work after my lunch break, the team are always so understanding and flexible. Prices are certainly Competitive for the area, I would certainly recommend.. ! The products are quite nice also, but above all it's the therapists that I come for and really know what they're doing and that's what I love. I have been to multiple spas world wide where the products smelt good but the therapist touch wasnt to match. I have seen a change in staff in the past 7 years, I would've come regularly for Chantelle and Susie, (if you ever read this, I miss you both! And hope you're well! Your two were unbelievably amazing) I know Olga well through the years and she is absolutely splendid. I will need to try therapists Hannah and Charis next time as each have their own lovely energy and really can tell they enjoy what they do and know their stuff when it comes to aches and pains in the body! Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful visit to the spa, starting with a soothing aromatherapy massage with Charis, which left me feeling completely relaxed. Afterwards, I had the best spray tan ever with Hanna, who made me feel so welcome and comfortable right from the reception. She also gave excellent advice on the perfect tan color for my skin tone. Now, I have a flawless, even tan without any sun exposure. I highly recommend both Charis and Hanna!

Fantastic experience: I had an appointment to get my eye brows done, however I had an eye allergy and the beauty therapist Sylvia advised not to go ahead with the treatment. Sylvia was so professional on the day despite not being able to carry on the treatment and me being slightly late. We had a really nice conversation where she made me aware of other services and products that are offered at the spa. I will re book my appointment once I recover from my allergy. I am especially looking forward to try the new facial and the Irene forte products that Syvia recommended. Thanks for the amazing first time experience at The Spa at Brown's Hotel.

Fantastic experience: We came for a mother and daughter spa experience and had a fabulous time. My daughter is 11 and was a little anxious and the therapist was incredibly kind and reassuring. The set up in the room with the two of us was also lovely and very relaxing. The products were all natural and my daughter received some great advice about caring for her skin.

I came out with exactly what I wanted - a very natural looking tan that looks exactly like my own real tan after a week in the south of Italy! My therapist Aurora was fantastic. Fantastic experience: I had my first ever couple's massage with my husband at the spa here in Brown's Hotel. It's a wonderful relaxing place to unwind and get pampered. They had so many treatments available plus all their products are organic. I did an aromatherapy massage and Fouzia my therapist did an outstanding job. She explained the available products & procedure very well and had an excellent pressure. My husband had a deep tissue massage from Hannah and he's never felt so relaxed after the treatment. He felt amazing! We had to change the time of our booking the day before, and Hanna assisted us very kindly. Erica warmly welcomed us on the day and even gave suggestions where we can have lunch after our treatment. Highly recommended for your relaxing escape while in London!

Fantastic experience: I had booked a mummy and Daughter spa session for my wife and child and this was their review. Wonderful service, beautiful hotel with the atmosphere and decor that instantly relaxes you the moment you step in. The treatments were amazing and really relaxed the both of us. We also had afternoon tea afterwards and the food and service was quick and the cakes and sandwiches were delicious!

Fantastic experience: Amazing spa experience. I had the Sicilian Scrub which left my skin baby soft, and Deep Muscle Relax Massage, really loosen all my tight knots! Ruta was brilliant. Really recommend, it felt very luxurious, in a very lovely, private room, shower and heated treatment bed. I felt totally pampered.

Fantastic experience: I had the Get Glam Pedi and facial by the lovely Chantelle who I thoroughly recommend. She made me feel at ease and listened to me as I waffled on lol. The facial was amazing, her whole technique sent me off to sleep (well nearly because this was express) the massage was amazing....I will 100% be back for a full facial. She used Irene Forte products and I am in love with the results from this facial. Thank you for making me feel relaxed, refreshed and pampered. BOOK A TREATMENT WITH CHANTELLE!!!!
