2 years ago Fantastic experience: Such a friendly gym. Sophie, Greg and Nikki always make you feel really welcome no matter what age or level of fitness you are. Personally I've benefitted hugely from my weekly PT sessions with Sophie and her pilates classes. She is a walking encyclopedia for fitness and nutrition! The gym is very well stocked - something for everyone. There is also a very easy-to- use app for booking classes and gym sessions. I'd definitely recommend PFH.
