Fantastic experience: I've been going to kettlebell classes for about 7 months now and have noticed a huge improvement in my strength and mobility. The Saturday beginner sessions were really helpful. With Pete's training and feedback, I was able to learn the basic kettlebell exercises and improve my technique in a small group setting before heading into the weekday classes. Pete is very knowledgeable and will adapt any exercise if needed. Classes change slightly each week so you never get bored doing the same thing.

Fantastic experience: Pete is one of the most committed PT's I've ever had ( and I've trained with a few). From programming to technique, his knowledge, advice, enthusiasm and encouragement made me reach my best results in many years. Good for group training with the KB classes, good for more tailored training plan with the Lifter's club. No miracles promised, yet I achieved goals I never though I was capable of. Keep up the good work Pete!

Fantastic experience: A well deserved 5* as I’m still attending classes after starting more than 12 years + (lost count!). No one class is ever the same and love the variety which is down to Pete’s knowledge and ability to create great programmes. There really is no class that you can’t attend as easily adapted to suit if you are a beginner or more advanced, you simply rock up and have a great session with a great bunch of friendly people. Plus classes are held in a spacious venue with free parking!

Fantastic experience: I’ve trained with Pete for sometime. He is continuously learning and passing his knowledge to his clients to help get progress whatever it is we’re trying to achieve as individuals. I’ve trained with Pete using kettlebells, barbells and had nutrition and fat loss coaching and seen results all around. As well as becoming strong, I’m particularly pleased that my ankle and hip mobility has vastly improved carrying over to running, being able to carry out a deep, upright squat, and just sit comfortably on hard floors with my kids. Worth a big call out are the BKC members, a super friendly bunch who encourage each other, have good chats, and love a social! Come along and say hi

Fantastic experience: I have been a club member for over 10 years which is a testament to Pete's coaching passion and professionalism, ability to provide a varied, fun programme for all levels. I have switched between the kettlebell classes and strength training over the years and reaped benefits from both. Pressing two 20kgs as a strict military press was a very proud PB for me and really grateful to Pete for this experience.

Fantastic experience: I have been attending classes since August 2016 and have seen fab results. I was a regular runner before, but since I've been training with BKC as well I've definitely noticed that my core and upper body strength have really improved. Plus, the classes are friendly and fun!

Fantastic experience: pete is an excellent personal trainer and i would highly recommend him to anyone.he is exceptional at teaching you the right technique very thorough.the kettlebell classes are always varied and pete aims to work all parts of your body with each class.there is a mixture of cardio and strength and with his expertise he makes it fun.plus we are all a friendly group of people and all ages and walks of life.we train outside in the summer and have a great view of ashton court.what more could you ask for?liza anderson

Fantastic experience: If you want to improve your core strength, get leaner, fitter and stronger... whilst being supported and encouraged by awesome people, then this club is for you! I am horribly shy and find going to clubs and gyms quite stressful until I met Bristol Kettlebell Club. This method of training has not only enabled me to make big changes in my physique, but also it has helped reduced my anxiety levels.. win win! The coaches are amazing and help you to build a personal challenge throughout your training, due to the nature of kettlebells allowing you to govern the amount you want to get out of it. It's like having a personal training session with a group of fab friends. Amazing club, amazing people

Fantastic experience: I started training with Bristol Kettlebell Club almost 5 years ago, following advice from a chiropractor to strengthen my core after suffering back pain for 15 years. I started with personal training sessions, tailored to my specific needs and within weeks I felt so much stronger and mobile. After a few months I joined small group training sessions and then joined classes which I still regularly attend. The physical and mental change has had a really positive impact on my confidence. I never thought exercise was an option for me, but with guidance from the instructors at Bristol Kettlebell Club, I have become stronger, healthier and no longer suffer with back pain. Classes are very friendly with a range of abilities and everyone is very encouraging. The instructors are always on hand to ask advice and make sure that all members are confident in their technique.

Fantastic experience: Started with the 6 week challenge and now i'm hooked. Group are super friendly, Pete the owner and trainer knows what he is talking about and all the trainers ive had are all approachable and knowledgeable. Totally recommend (i never usually write reviews)..:D Oh ya and kettlebell training is fun!

Fantastic experience: Finding the BKC was one of the best fitness moves of my life. Pete is a highly experienced, knowledgeable and approachable instructor, and so are those that he employs to run his classes. Proper technique is always emphasised over going up in weight and is heavily promoted to prevent injury and bad form. In classes or group training, there's no competition and you're encouraged to go at your own pace yet push yourself (at a sensible level) to keep your progress moving forwards. BKC isn't just another health craze, it promotes strength training as a way of life and is also a friendly community who welcome people with any level of fitness. I highly recommend giving it a go.

Fantastic experience: I have only been attending classes for 2 months, but every class has been enjoyable and different. I have been to other KB classes but Peter and Sam concentrate on technique and improving strength, so I am continuing to learn new things at each class. The nutritional support that is also available is a big plus for me as I now appreciate this can make all the difference with fat loss.

Fantastic experience: Inspiring, supportive, friendly, caring, team, fun are just a few words to describe Bristol Kettlebell Club. People often say 'it’s good to try something new'. I’ve always shied away from fitness classes so it was time for me to jump out of my comfort zone and ‘try something new’. A friend encouraged me to try Bristol Kettlebell Club after I was complaining I wanted to get rid of stubborn weight, tone up and strengthen my core after having two babies. After much ‘plucking up courage’ I gave it a go…and I’m totally hooked! This club is so different from anything I’ve ever done or witnessed before in relation to an exercise class, there is no just turning up doing something you think is right that makes you sweat in a big group of unknown people and then going away again, its so much more than that. They actually care about how you are technically doing movements, your posture and your confidence. They educate you to make the most out of everything you do in the class and ensuring you are moving in a safe way, you feel like you are having a lot of one to one and you achieve things that you may well think are out of your capability. There is no feeling of silliness when you get something wrong, everyone supports each other and most of all we learn together and you realise you really are part of a great team. Even when I am tired I can’t wait to get to the class…in my opinion that speaks volumes! I haven’t been with BKC for long but I am already feeling the benefits. We are often given fantastic advice, both exercise/movement wise and also nutrition too! It really is a ‘whole centred approach’ to improving yourself. My advice to anyone is ‘give it a go’ it’s a brilliant way to get fit, build strength, tone up and the list goes on! Thank you Bristol Kettlebell Club you are fabulous (and to my brilliant friend who got me to go in the first place!).

Fantastic experience: I use to attend a kettlebell club in Bath which was a 45 minute commute for me and I had to pay to park! That was until I found Bristol Kettlebell Club. Great local locations and times and alway free parking right on site. The benefit for joing BKC was that they run a 2 hour workshop where you go along and learn all the basic techniques so when you arrive at the classes you feel ready to join in. Pete and Sam are the reason why this club is so successful - they are always more than happy to help with any questions and the support is fantastic throw in the positive can do attitude and motivation and you have the full package. I have been attending classes on and off since September and have met many new people and made new friends. The online support group that is a new addition to memebers shows what a great group of people who attend BKC for exercise and also the social element. People share food ideas, menus and general support for anyone who is having a bad or good week. I recently joined in on a fat loss competition and the support offered kept me on track and I ended up having a really good result but not just for whilst the competition was running the food changes I have made will be a life time change - so rather than it being "on a diet" I was healthy eating for the future. If you are in any doubt as to why not to give BKC a go send Pete and Sam an email and I know they will quash any doubts. Join in if you want to get fit, strong and healthy and make new friends. GO FOR IT :)

Fantastic experience: I can't sing the praises of Bristol Kettlebell Club enough. Pete and Sam have been incredibly supportive of my pursuit for good health by showing me an unending amount of care and attention for the last year and a half. I have been suffering from a long-term illness for 4 and a half years (M.E./CFS) and have tried many therapies to assist my recovery. Since the day I started with BKC, I have witnessed continual progress that has been really life-changing. Increases to my levels of fitness, wellness and confidence have been overwhelming at times and I am very grateful to Pete and Sam for their very specific support and advice about training and nutrition. Fantastic experience: Started Kettlebells coming up for 3 years ago, cautiously as had long term back issues. Great instruction, support and encouragement from day one has meant I am now fitter and stronger than I have ever been. I like that everyone is able to work, together but each at their own level and, even after a couple of long gaps off through unrelated injury, it's easy to slot straight back in . The friendliest bunch of people I've ever trained with and have loved every session. Can't see me ever giving it up now, primarily because the back issues disappeared within a few months as my core strength rapidly improved!! And, why would I stop anything which makes me feel this good!!

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Bristol Kettlebell Club to anyone wanting to get fitter and stronger, and if like me you also want to lose weight they offer fantastic nutrition advice with their boot camp. I have never enjoyed any type of exercise or sport and i can genuinely say I love doing kettlebells and feeling stronger and slimmer. I have been attending for 9 weeks now and look forward to continuing with them and working on all the techniques I have learned.

Fantastic experience: I started at a beginners class last November as a complete novice - I’d never been to any kind of exercise class before and have always tended to avoid any kind of physical activity if I can! I went after a friend had been raving about it and I thought I’d give it a go. I was amazed how friendly and welcoming it was, Sam and Pete have a great way of encouraging and pushing me when I’ve needed it. I thought I’d try to go once a week, but have found myself going two or three, and I quite miss it when I can’t make it. I haven’t lost loads of weight but am definitely toning up and am feeling much stronger. The flexibility of the classes make it much more appealing, and its more difficult to come up with excuses not to go when you first start!

Fantastic experience: I thought I would try out kettlebells as I had read it was a great exercise and I wanted a good workout I could learn to do in my back garden without too much equipment. I've been going to the club regularly for 8 weeks now and I love it. I've definitely learned a good workout for home, allowing me to burn 350 to 400 calories in 30 mins with a variety of exercises and movements, but the club has been so much more too... I love the group training, both Pete and Sam the trainers and the members are very welcoming and there was no feeling of intimidation as a beginner just a great camaraderie and sense of humor that also continues socially outside the club with the facebook group. I found I was able to push myself so much more in the group training as it was both fun and motivating, and when you pair off in partners for parts of the session you find yourselves spurring each other on and going beyond your normal limits. I also came under the clubs wing for nutritional advice, this has been excellent. I moved away from trying to loose fat by calorie deficits, and now instead I've changed to much more nutritious and filling food choices without ever feeling hungry. I particularly love the ground almond pancake recipe for breakfast and the banana, coconut butter omelette. The nutrition change has helped my overall health, in 8 weeks I've lost body fat, improved my energy, and my digestion is much more settled. I also hoped that the kettlebells would help with back pains I seem to experience, I've noticed that my core muscles and posture have improved and that I have much less aches in my back. I also enjoy road cycling and the improved strength in both core muscles and leg muscles has helped with my cycling performance. I do seem to have just scratched the surface of what can be learned in kettlebells so I glad there is so much more the aim for and try. I'd definitely recommend coming along and trying one of the sessions.

The class is always different and you feel like you are constantly making progress. Pete and Sam are not only friendly and approachable but also more than happy to share their expertise. Fantastic experience: I've been personal training with Pete for a couple of months now as I was unable to make it to the kettlebell classes. I've been to a few other personal trainers but Pete is really willing to push you and is determined to help you achieve your personal fitness goals. I definitely would recommend him to anyone looking to improve their overall fitness!!!

Fantastic experience: I have been one of those people who goes to the gym twice a week, does the same couple of exercises... and achieves nothing. This has changed entirely when I got acquainted with kettlebells - I finally feel like I am actually doing something, my muscles are moving, stretching and getting stronger and stronger session by session. Both Pete and Sam are great trainers, they guide you gently and push you hard to your limits at the same time. I couldn't imagine a more supportive group, very highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I have been training with BKC for about 9 months now after signing up for the beginners workshop last May. I had heard that some people with back problems could benefit from this type of training and my main objective was to gain some relief from an arthritic complaint which affects my back, pelvis and other joints. I can honestly say that i have never felt in better physical shape. I rarely suffer from 'flare ups' anymore (unless i stop training), and as a bonus have gained a lot of strength, and lost a bit of fat too. The training is varied, fun and challenging and instructors Pete and Sam are friendly, approachable, knowledgeable, encouraging, professional and they lead by example. There is plenty going on to keep you motivated too, with fat loss competitions, strength contests and snatch tests as well as advice on good nutrition. Its a great environment to train in regardless of age, size and gender and the training is really flexible with classes in varied locations and at convenient times! Absolutely love it!

Fantastic experience: I started training with Bristol Kettlebell Club about 11 months ago when I attended a beginners' workshop. I wasn't really sure what to expect or whether it would be for me. I didn't get into it for a month or so due to work and holidays but, when I did, I was hooked. I have never done anything like this, aerobic type classes and pilates previously. Within a couple of months of training 2-3 times a week, fellow class members and friends were commenting on the change in physique, particularly shoulder and arm muscle definition. More important feedback for me was that ab definition had returned after being lost for a good few years post pregnancy and I could get back into some pairs of jeans that had been too tight! For me, the progression techniques used in classes to improve general strength are incentives in themselves as you suddenly realise you can perform many more repetitions of an exercise that had previously been unnattainable. The guidance from Pete and Sam is always top notch - concentrate on acheiving one perfect rep every time rather than quantity over quality. If your form dips, they tell you straightaway and give you tips on how to improve such as tension and breathing. In addition to teaching you technique, you will learn a great deal about nutrition and supplements as a result of Pete's training in this field. I also attend ladies' strength training in small groups and love this. It's great to learn new exercises and then push yourself little by little to achieve more each time, never at the risk of losing form though. It's a very supportive environment and I have met some lovely people whilst training and we all will each other on to reach those PBs. Training has become addictive and it is really frustrating when I can't get to training sessions!

Fantastic experience: I have been going on and off to Bristol Kettlebell Club for about two and half years. Pete and Sam do a great job at teaching correct technique as well as educating all members on nutrition - you don't get that kind of support anywhere else. The classes vary each time and all abilities are catered for. It's hard work, but worth it! I had a lot of trouble with back pain and I find now if I don't train I have issues reoccuring. Being taught correct posture and technique has sorted all those problems out. I couldn't recommend Bristol Kettlebell Club enough!

Fantastic experience: I have just completed the 4 week Kick Start Programme with BKC and loved it, the support has been excellent and the classes are great fun. My strength has improved, my fitness level is noticeably better and I can see a visible difference in my body shape. Before the programme I was going to the gym 3-6 times a week but it wasn't really making that much of a difference anymore so wanted to try something different, and I haven't regretted it! I highly recommend coming along to a free class and see what you think, it great fun and you will meet some lovely people... And get fit whilst doing it! Awesome!

Fantastic experience: What can I say that reflects how grateful I am to Pete for helping me turn my life around? I've been training with Bristol Kettlebell Club for over two years and in that time my health, fitness and strength have improved dramatically. Apart from helping me to shed stones of weight through the kettlebell classes and following Pete's advice about nutrition, I have made some amazing friends through the club and found a real passion for fitness and health that I just didn't have before. I can never thank Pete enough for helping me to find a way of keeping fit and changing my attitude towards food and weight. My focus is now about building strength rather than worrying about how much I weigh. It was a real boost for me to appear as the before and after girl on Pete's flyers - it helped me to realise how far I have come with Pete's help. Fantastic experience: Usually my New Years resolution to get fit/lose weight wears off around the 10th January and those good intentions are overtaken by lazy evenings on the sofa with a biscuit. Kettlebells with Pete has proven really fun and inspirational, and unlike so many other activities, I have not found that I have become bored. I have learned that I am not dieting and exercising, but training and eating correctly for my body. I have not only found a great new way of exercising and keeping fit, but I have also changed my lifestyle in a healthier way. Pete is informative and fun and he trains on a very personal level. I don't feel like I am just a number in an exercise class, as he and Sam both approach me every single session to discuss progress. I would recommend kettlebells to anyone (and everyone) as it doesn't matter what fitness level you are at, you can improve on your strength, flexibility and agility at these classes.

Fantastic experience: I have trained with Pete for 18 months plus, I felt as many people who train with Pete,that the gym just was`nt doing it for me so I looked for something else. I always thought about group training and the benefits of training in a group but also thought that it would be intimidating and I was really unsure what to do. Then I found Bristol Kettle Bells,the best way for me to descibe it is, if your looking for a great way to exercise in a friendly and welcoming environment with a wealth of knowledge on both kettlebell training and nutrition,then this is where you need to be. I am hooked on kettlebell training and would recommend to anyone who is stuck in the gym running on a treadmill ,bored, and wanted more from their workout.

Fantastic experience: I joined Bristol Kettlebell Club a couple of years ago after doing one of Pete's Bootcamps and can honestly say it's the best thing I have ever done. I have always struggled with my weight and tried all sorts of diets and exercise! Since training with Kettlebells I have completely changed shape, have better muscle definition and lost over two stone and 3 dress sizes so far! I don't think this would have been possible without the fantastic knowledge and expertise from Pete and Sam, their classes are fab. They are varied and fun whilst working you hard. As you make progress by getting stronger and leaner, this really spurs you on plus the fact that people you train with are great too and I have made some great friends over the past couple of years through the club. Pete and Sam also have an amazing knowledge of nutrition too and the club run Fat Loss Competitions are a great way of really focussing on your nutrition but also trying out new recipes in a supportive and inspiring way! I would thoroughly recommend you bin the Gym and give Bristol Kettlebell Club a go, not only will you train with instructors who have expert knowledge, you will train in a supportive, varied and fun environment too. You will also meet some great people and really see some amazing results of course!

Fantastic experience: I have been training with Pete for a year and a half and I can honestly say it has completely transformed my attitude towards training and nutrition. The classes are always fun and varied but focused on making progress and are always a good mix of beginners through to the more advanced, which is very helpful especially when you are first starting out. The workouts can be easily tailored/adapted to your specific level. I have never once felt uncomfortable whilst training with Pete, whether it be a PT session, small group strength training or busy kettlebell class. Pete is always on hand to help and give advice so you get the most out of each class, I wouldn't trust anyone else to help me achieve my goals.

Fantastic experience: I started training with BKC 2 years ago and have never looked back. I have never been a fan of the gym and all those people watching themselves in the mirrors! Before beginning classes you have to go through the induction which takes the time to focus on technique, explaining the main exercises and giving clear instructions as to how to get to grips with it before starting classes. The classes are brilliant, a real mix of gender, ages and abilities and such a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Lots of support and encouragement, not just from Pete and Sam, but from all the other members of BKC too. Each class is different giving you a good workout without getting bored or being monotonous. Within the first 3 months of training I had lost over 2 stone and was feeling stronger and healthier. As well as the support at the classes Pete and Sam are also on hand for nutritional advice to ensure that your training is supported with the correct eating habits to get the results you want. The fact that I am still attending the classes after 2 years, still learning, still improving and getting stronger and fitter is a testament to the quality of the tuition that both Pete and Sam offer. I would recommend BKC to everyone and indeed have already done so to a number of my friends and family. Try it for yourself, you won't be disappointed!!

Fantastic experience: I have been training with Bristol Kettlebell club for about 18 months and it is the best move I ever made. Previously I have trained in various classes including spinning, circuits and another kettlebell class. I have always ended up either injured or seen no physical difference. As someone that also enjoys running I have found that since training here my pre existing knee problems have become much less too. The trainers Pete & Sam are extremely encouraging and provide the guidance to allow you to train correctly and progress through the weights. If you are looking to improve both your physical and mental wellbeing look no further. Bristol Kettlebell club provides group training sessions, one to one training and nutritional advice in an friendly and trusting environment.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of the Bristol Kettlebell Club now for over 2 and a half years, and it has been one of the best decisions I ever made. It can be quite daunting to start something new, but right from the start I felt welcomed and part of a team. Everyone in the club is so friendly and helpful, and both Pete and Sam are great instructors and personal trainers. They ensure that every class is different and fun, whilst also giving one to one advice on how to improve and progress with whatever personal goals you have. They also have really informative information about supporting your training with the correct nutrition and supplements. Over the past year I have been attending both kettlebell classes with the club and also ladies strength training and personal training and have found that this combination has taken my fitness to new levels. Kettlebells as a sport has changed my life. I've lost inches off my body, have great muscle definition and have made some great friends through the club. Above all, the Bristol Kettlebell Club is fun, and I actually now look forward to working out. I would wholeheartedly recommend the club to anyone who is looking for a fun, effective way to work out with like-minded people.

Fantastic experience: I attended the beginners workshop in November having had some kettlebell experience through crossfit. I learnt more in that morning workshop than the past year at crossfit. I have suffered from a shoulder injury for the past year but found that working with kettlebells has improved the injury greatly. I have really enjoyed the classes and the other club members are very friendly & supportive. Pete & Sam are very professional and great trainers and make the classes varied and enjoyable. I am also having some personal training with Pete which is great, he is very knowledgable and encouraging which means i am seeing great results in my weight loss, strength and overall fitness. I would not hesitate to recommend both the Kettlebell club and Pete's personal & nutritional coaching.

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend BKC to anyone looking to have fun meet new people and get results. Classes are of mixed gender, ability and there is no discrimination to age, no two classes are the same and cater for all levels. Club members are very friendly and very supportive making new members feel at ease. The instructors Pete and Sam are excellent Kettlebell instructors who have the knowledge and expertise to guide you giving you clear instructions on techniques. Which means you never feel left at the back of room or corner as they are always on hand to guide and help, but in a way that is not patronising. So all I can really say is if your looking to exercise to get results BKC is the class for you. The beginners workshop is a excellent way of getting a feel for what you will doing in class. I happen to go twice to this workshop with the encouragement from Pete after thinking it wasn't for me and I wouldn't pick it up. I am so glad I did as I am still at the club now and enjoying every class I attend. So my advise is even if you struggle with workshop stick it out , maybe do it again as I certainly picked a lot more up second time around.

Fantastic experience: I have known Pete since the embryonic stage of BKC. I had been training with kettlebells at a corporate gym for about a year, but through Pete's classes I quickly realised my technique was poor and I there was a lot to learn. Fortunately, Pete is an excellent coach/ instructor and really gives you more attention than you'd expect from a class... to the point that you feel like you're receiving Personal Training at a bargain price! It has been a real pleasure to see Pete and Sam's dedication to continuous learning, progressing through RKC certification and more recently nutritional coaching qualifications. You so often see coaches reach a minimal-to-moderate level of competency then stop learning, figuring they know it all (or at least "enough"). While I am unable to train at BKC as often as I would like (I'm a hockey player and coach), I frequently train at home with kettlebells and use Pete, Sam and the BKC community for inspiration. Through the BKC community (which is remarkably friendly and supportive for all abilities and backgrounds), I am always learning and improving my nutrition and renewing motivation from other 'students' as they progress along their journey. The coaching and advice has really benefitted my health and fitness considerably. Despite over 30 years of playing hockey, back and knee injuries are less frequent and my core (and overall) strength has vastly improved. Now if only Pete could find a cure for asthma, I'd be sorted! :-) Give a beginners workshop a go, you never know... you might like it... nothing ventured, nothing gained. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: An utterly life changing experience. I started training with Bristol Kettlebell Club, or BKC, about 18 months ago. I had been very overweight and unfit and although I had dieted a lot of weight off in the previous few months was in need of some way of motivating myself to keep up the hard work and maintain the discipline needed to keep in shape. A friend had talked about Pete's classes and I'll admit to having dismissed kettlebells as a bit faddish and on trend. However, once I had made the commitment to myself to find something new, I did some on-line research and exploration and came to understand the history of the kettlebell and all of its potential benefits for strength and conditioning. I attended the BKC workshop in Ashton and from the first swing was utterly hooked. Pete was patient and thorough in his initial teachings giving plenty of instruction and individual coaching where needed. With classes close to my home in Portishead the method for my continued journey to a healthy body was a no-brainer and I started training 2 or 3 times a week. The progression in the class was measured and steady with plenty of motivation from Pete to push yourself that little bit harder each week. Soon I had moved up several kettlebell weights and found my personal strength and conditioning gaining much more rapidly than in any other method of training I had tried before. Each class is well structured and paced and besides periods of training with a particular aim in mind, each lesson has been different. Equally important are the benefits I have seen in my confidence and well-being. I am now far more comfortable in my own skin and am much less shy than I used to be. The group who train in Portishead were incredibly friendly from the outset and I have made some firm friendships that go far beyond the casual nods and hellos you might expect in any corporate gym. Each and every person in the class motivates, inspires and congratulates each other on steps they are taking to achieve their personal goals. The inspirational aspect of the BKC Family is something that strikes a particular chord with me, as I have recently made the decision to change career and become a personal trainer. Without Pete and more recently Sam's determination to help every member to become a better version of themselves, I would have been languishing behind a desk in a job I didn't enjoy, counting down every minute of every day. Now I am in a position to try and be as inspirational to my clients and Pete and Sam have been to me and I can't thank them enough.

Fantastic experience: I've been training with Bristol Kettlebell Club since November 2013 and can honestly say it's been the best thing I've ever done! Every session is varied, which keeps me interested & on my toes and I always feel challenged. Since November I've done a couple of fat loss challenges & have been very pleased with the results. The support I've had from our Kettlebell guru's, Pete & Sam, has been fantastic and incredibly informative. If you're a bit fed up of going to boring gyms & are looking for a complete body workout in a welcoming & friendly environment then look no further! Book yourself on to a beginners workshop and begin a life changing journey.

Fantastic experience: I have been training with BKC since November and really love it, its great fun and never boring and my strength and fitness is better than its ever been, my 10 k run times have improved and i feel so much stronger for it. The instructors Pete and Sam are fantastic trainers very approachable and offer great encouragement and support, I have just finished the January fat loss challenge and bagged myself £240 so I'm also richer than before I started. I also attend a ladies strength training class at Pete's personal gym and I am feeling the benefits of this, he is encouraging and also pushes you too your limits in a safe training environment. This is the best form of exercise i have ever done and the other club members are really friendly with no gym egos here, come and have a go and i promise you will never go back to a faceless gym again.
