Your body and motherhood journey are unique. That’s why I create individualised plans for 1:1 and class sessions, as you deserve a fitness plan tailored to your needs and meets you where you’re at.

I’m here to make exercise simple, safe and effective to help you feel your best. Every mum deserves to be put first and made a priority. Your health, body function and body confidence are number one!

  I really enjoyed my first round of group classes with Lucy, it’s great that I was able to take my baby with me and Lucy had lots of toys to distract the babies! I loved the classes and felt such a difference after just the 6 weeks, she explains each exercise really clearly and where you should be feeling it, which I found really helpful. Lucy was great at getting me to think about my posture, how I hold my chunky little boy and how I can improve posture and engage my core muscles. Lucy is also really easy to chat to during the class and great getting to meet other mummies ? Looking forward to the online classes now!

  Picking a PT that’s right for you is so difficult, but Lucy @ Strong Mama Collective was amazing at making me feel so comfortable, motivated & positive about my progress. So flexible during these challenging times we face & an amazing support. Would recommend to anyone and in particular any Mama’s out there wanting to get back to their best ????

I started SMC because I want to make clear, helpful and research based advice easily accessible and understandable for mums. Something I didn’t have during my first pregnancy. 

Having been on my own journey I know the challenges that motherhood can bring both mentally and physically. I have completed a number of courses to learn as much as I can about pregnancy and postpartum exercise and I’m on a mission to share this with as many mum’s as I can!

Fantastic experience: Lucy is fantastic. I was keen to get back into fitness after giving birth, but wanted to be sure I would get the right support to ensure I could do it safely and at my pace. Lucy was so knowledgeable and supportive, and her programmes and regular 1:1 sessions helped me to get stronger and feel like my old self again. I would highly recommend this to any mama looking for support to restart your fitness journey after birth.

Fantastic experience: I started working with Lucy during my pregnancy as I needed some guidance with finding exercise to help with PGP. Lucy is so helpful and knowledgable. She created a fortnightly programme for me as well as weekly one to one sessions. Such a good investment- not only has my PGP improved immeasurably but I have managed to build strength through the pregnancy. Having tried osteopathy, chiropractor and physio for PGP in my last pregnancy, working with Lucy has been by far the most impactful and beneficial. Can’t thank you enough, Lucy!

Fantastic experience: I decided it was time to do some exercise, for health issues, to tone up and lose some weight. After some research I came across Strong Mama Collective at Core Gym. Lucy is a wonderful trainer, taking into account my health issues to create a plan especially for me. She is full of praise and encouragement, making me feel that anything is possible. I’m 4 weeks in and am already feeling the benefits and am actually enjoying going to the gym, something I never thought I would say
