Fantastic experience: Rae is utterly amazing at what she does. When I first started with her, I couldn't lift 20kg and now I have a PB of 122kg for a T bar dead lift! The sports massage really targets your problem areas. I hurt my back at the beginning of the year and have a dodgey shoulder, and the massage really helped with my movement.
