The best part is that it opens 24/7 and that is quite rare in many gyms so it's useful for me with my shift patterns. Corey is a fantastic mentor and PT, quality sessions and great advices to give out. I really recommend this gym where you can feel safe, comfortable and confident to progress with supportive community.

Fantastic experience: Been training for a couple years at multiple gyms and this has by far the best equipment I have used. Great atmosphere and Corey is a top guy, always happy to help. Got everything you need, even down to minor details like mag grip handles for lat pulldown and a split squat stand.

Fantastic experience: There's nothing quite like this gym and Ive been to a few now on my bodybuilding journey, the equipment is spot on, the vibes are serious but welcoming. If you want to take your training to the next level this is where to be I'm currently in the Shed for contest prep and I can't fault anything, everyone that comes here looks like they want a change and whether that's small or big the atmosphere is one where you WORK OUT. Repairs for anything damaged are made ASAP and NEW equipment is on the way. Don't think about it.

Fantastic experience: The Shed is a great place to train! I was nervous about going back to the gym after sometime away and starting in a new gym, but I didn’t have to worry. Corey instantly put me at ease, ran through all the equipment and is always available for questions. The equipment is top notch, you’re never fighting to get on anything and the 24/7 access makes training really accessible for everyone. Corey has done a great job in creating an environment that makes everyone comfortable.

Fantastic experience: During my work trip to the area, I needed a gym for a week. The Shed Gym turned out to be a great find. The owner was incredibly accommodating, providing me with an access code for entry. Compared to other local gyms, The Shed offers excellent value. The gym itself is tidy and well-equipped, making workouts enjoyable. Overall, a hidden gem worth checking out!

Fantastic experience: Hands down 1 of the best gyms if not the best I've ever been to. Built and been to many gyms over the World and this is number 1 in my books, can't ask for anything more. Really supportive & approachable personal trainers to keep you on track & motivated.

Fantastic experience: What a gem! We were in the area on holiday and called when we found the gym we had planned to use was closed. Cory could not have been more helpful and accommodating. The gym had an impressive range of equipment, even the fine tune biscuit weights that so many neglect. While there was only one of most of the machines, this made space for such a wide variety, I don't know what half of them do! The two or three other people who were there were friendly and welcoming, and we felt comfortable doing some quite esoteric physio exercises without judgement or awkwardness. I love the self service setup and the level of trust shown to members to, for example, control the sound system. On the one hand I hope this gym stays a secret for the select few of us who know about it, but on the other it deserves to be discovered more widely and grow a large community of members.

Amazing equipment, open 24/7, lovely members & a lovely community WhatsApp group! Really helps keep the motivation high when it comes to training!!!! Corey is great too at answering any questions you may have about a movement or piece of equipment!

Open 24/7 and you can even stick your own tunes on for the days you forget your headphones! Community focused and welcoming, I’d encourage anyone considering joining to get in touch with the team. Fantastic experience: Been going to "The Shed" for nearly 6 months now and I've been thoroughly impressed from initially inquiring over Facebook about joining to being shown around the next day and how all the equipment works by Corey. I was then invited to an induction with Corey and a couple of others being shown certain exercises and helping develop technique and form. The gym equipment is brand new and is always left in a tidy and respectable manner, I work from home and use the gym on my lunch which is a fairly quiet time and I've never had to wait to use any equipment. In recent times a WhatsApp group has been set up to instill that sense of community where free classes are made available, a running club, discount PT sessions and training programs. I really can't fault it and if you're looking for a fairly priced gym with no corporate agenda then I would highly recommend you look into joining.

Positive experience: Nice warehouse style gym which is I'm sure going to develop. Has the basics for some bodybuilding and strength training and with the crossfit box next door, you can get functional training there.
